Family Carpet Center is the place to go! Cindy & Chuck are fantastic to work with! They are professional and really take care of their customers. We have had them put new flooring in various parts of our home and we are thrilled with the results. I found Family Carpet very professional, very helpful, very competitive in pricing, and installation was quick and beautifully done. Cindy helped me choose carpet in my price range. They have a good selection of remnants at reduced prices for smaller spaces. By the way, they do linoleum and vinyl flooring as well. I highly recommend this company to you.

I had no idea there was such a science behind flooring! Chuck and Cindi know their stuff and spent time prepping the floor, acclimating flooring, making sure moisture content was right before putting our new flooring in, and the finish work is stunning. I am so impressed with their knowledge and hard work. They showed up when they said and went above and beyond to make it beautiful. Thank you Chuck, Cindi and Keith for all of your hard work and expertise!

I've had the pleasure of having Chuck and Cindi in our home to do some carpet for us, and they really are the best! They are extremely personable and helpful- as well as honest. I recommend them to everyone I know. They are experts in installation too, and very careful- not like other places that have left my walls or baseboards scratched or scuffed. Thanks again guys, its been 3 or 4 years on some of the carpets and they still look and feel great!

Family flooring is awesome, I had a small hard job for Chuck to do. Most companies would not have done it. He took the time to really do a good job and many hard cuts had to be made around a bed, closet all in a very small room. They are the best, I highly recommend using them.

I can’t speak highly enough about the job Family Flooring did for me. They installed hardwood in my kitchen/dining room and vinyl in the Master bath. They were a pleasure to work with and both spaces were beautifully done. I would definitely use them again for my flooring.

We had the most wonderful experience with Family Flooring. They did a fabulous job on our carpet. I picked a carpet with a pattern which made for challenging seams. Chuck and Keith did a great job and our carpet is beautiful. Cindi in the office was excellent to work with - great, straightforward communication. Chuck is so kind, in fact, my husband was laying vinyl plank in another room of the house and Chuck took the time to give him some tips and even loaned my husband a cutting tool. We can’t recommend them enough. We had contacted a few stores in the area and I couldn’t be happier that we chose Chuck and Cindi at Family Flooring. You are in good hands!
