Spoke to Keith Ford (who was highly recommended by my roofing contractor) about 5 weeks ago. Told me he'd be over the next day to take measurements and provide an estimate. Never showed up, never called me back. I called several more times and voicemail messages, but same thing... no return calls. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I can't believe someone like this can stay in business.
