Gym is clean, lots of equipment including cardio, machines, and free weights. They also do a lot of classes (zumba, spinning, etc). It's a very good gym for everyone at a very reasonable price point.I do wish however they would remove the Health Club" option

Few years ago, the gym was open on weekends until 9:00 pm - like most gyms in Montreal, since it’s reopening (after covid-19), it is now closing on weekend at only 5:00pm on Saturday and Sunday.Many members asked management since 1-2 years for longer hours (like before) but no changes has been made. Membership price increased - but hours of operations reduced. It would be nice to be back to the previous hours.Thanks.

Gym hours have been cut drastically since Covid but the prices went up, in the opposite direction. Management said it will prolonged hours on weekend since September 2022. As of March 3, 2023, absolutely no changes.

Very good group fitness programs with knowledgeable instructors. Unfortunately not so many choices in the evenings. There is no jacuzzi/hot tub in the pool area to relax in the hot water after swimming. And the sauna with the steam room available only when you have the access to the health club, which is much more expensive than regular excess. It is good that the gym, the pool and the group fitness classes are included in the regular pass.

One of the highest quality gym I’ve been to in North America. Great staff, wonderful facilities and equipment. George, Steve, Jonathan, Amir are all amazing! I feel at home at this gym!
