Canada Post

This is the best run Canada post office in the city. They are fast and friendly every time. After moving to the east side, I still continue to drive here for the excellent service!

Love getting my packages!

Worst service in Canada, we need a better more modern mail service, Canada post is useless and out of touch with the demand of its users.

I had an unusual situation with a registered letter to be sent out. It was busy, there were a few people behind me and I had waited behind a few myself. When I got to the front, they listened to my situation, and took a few minutes to find a solution, and before I knew it my letter was being processed. I was most impressed with the fact that they listened without interrupting and took the time to figure out a difficult situation instead of just saying they couldn't do it. Bonus stars to them today!!!!!

Said package was in with flyer dropped at door. Drive there to pick up. It isn't in. One star. Terrible.

I just had a wonderful experience here! The gentleman working the desk was so helpful as I have never shipped anything out before. He was accommodating and patient in dealing with me and my silly questions. Thank you for all of your help!

Dont go here. They are very rude. For example you have to buy a whole roll of tape to send a package. They said 'Manager said we cant give any customer any tape because we sell them'. Then when paying for postage, they stuck labels on the box and said they cant give the box to me even though i havent paid for it yet. They said because of the label it is canada post property. I said,i havent even paid for it yet. Their reply was we cannot re open the box,cannot cancel the label, you have to pay for the label or we call the cops.The employees and the manager should be replaced. They are putting a wrong image to Canada post. What a joke of customer service it was. They literally pretend that they can own your propertyif they stick a label on it.

There is a specific postal worker that is beyond rude. I was trying the mail a parcel, and I put the addresses on a scrap piece of paper so that they could print off a shipping label for me (I did this method last time - different CP). She basically told me that what I was saying was wrong, they don't do that. Acts like that CP office is the only one? Made me feel incompetent even though I did have a shipping address printed for me at a different office. My mother worked for CP for almost 20 years in a small town. I now understand why some people are afraid to mail things, too scared to ask questions. I know they are paid a great wage, maybe try treating people with respect. I've been in there before and it was a similar experience. I may just have only encountered one worker, but I have yet to leave an encounter there without a negative feeling.
