Doctor raza was 40 minutes late for a telephone appointment and then didn’t send my prescription to the pharmacy and when I tried to call the clinic it took over 30 minutes to get through

Dr. Raza service is very poor. No empathy for patients.

Receptionist here are very rude. I work in the medical field and how there customer service is very rude and arrogant is unbelievable.Was booked for a Saturday appointment and got a call saying they cannot accommodate that appointment, ok then change it, can only do phone appointment but I have a medical concern that requires the doctor to see me. But the receptionist just couldn't care less. Told me that it's my problem (you never say that to a customer/patient, you get taught that) that I am not available between 830 to 430 Monday to Friday, then why do you offer weekend appointments. Doctors are good but the receptionist are not the greatest at all. Very disappointing!

Dr. Hassan is an incredible doctor who really pays attention to every health concern you mention or might not even mention. He is very thorough and doesn’t meet a beat when it comes to your health. Glad to be a patient of his because I know I will be taken care of properly.

Dr Hasson is my doctors more then 10 years he is the best I have seen in last 14 years. Always top in the line and always makes sure he does his best. Thanks Aisha medical team you guys r great

Very rude receptionist. I was asking to the lady if I can book an appointment forMy wife and I was asking the number for the walking clinic. Me & wife have visited the clinic with Doctor Razak. However he is not there anymore. I was calling the office but one of the lady was very rude and hang up the phone.

I've been an on going patient of Dr. Hassan's for 15 yrs. He takes the time to help you get to the bottom of your family's health issues. I am so happy I found him and his team.

Dr. Hasan at this clinic is the most professional and trustworthy doctor. I am blessed to have him. He is very detailed and really cares for his patients. He keeps patients motivated by providing different options and follow ups. Staff is also great.Thanks!
