I really loved being a foster Dad to our" 6 babies

I adopted a kitten from here a couple months ago and I couldn't be happier! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. They also made the adoption process so easy! I will definitely be coming here for future adoptions.

They treat the animals with love and respect. Great people who take their jobs seriously and professionally.

Visited to check out some kittens. The staff were kind and seem to be doing the best they can with the resources they have at hand. All the staff appeared to be hard working, and when I emailed a follow up, they responded quickly and kindly. The staff I interacted with seemed to care greatly about the animals in their care and advocated for their well being, rather than placating the clients- something I greatly respect and appreciate :)

I have several feral cats very injured and I trapped them called animal services and the resceptionist was quite rude. Felt like an intergation. He gave many excuses why they couldn't pick up this cat. When the picked up one at my house a week or two ago. Poor Cat has got an infection in the eyes, freezing, hurt badly on face. I can't believe people just don't care. I think you should assure the caller they are doing the right thing buy calling animal services.

I adopted a cat from Whitby Animal Services just over 2 months ago. I did get a bit of run around during the adoption process, but overall I am very pleased. They were extremely accurate about the personality of the cat, and I brought home a cat that check outs health wise! I would not hesitate to adopt from this facility again!

Warm and welcoming place to adopt a beautiful rescue cat!! I adopted a 7 month old cat for my grandson and she showed me a beautiful kitty cat that she felt would be perfect..and she was spot on!!! Pine spent the night in my grandsons room and has been so attached to them all night and day. While not the most beautiful of cats in appearance she steered us totally right in getting the absolute right animal for us!!!! So professional, kind and considerate and most importantly the knowledge of the perfect personality for the situation. Cant be more pleased!!!! Thanks sooo much!!

I had my heart broken and never rec the reason as to why.I have had dogs since the age of 3 and I am now 73.I applied and had my daughter fill out the application as I was sick that day.I never heard a word from them and I had called a few times and always same story about reviewing the application. The last time I called I was sure I would get a yes or no but same thing.A couple hours later my daughter checked only by looking at the pics to see Chase was still there but to her surprise and my shock he had been adopted out.So when I was talking to that young lady she must have known I was not going to get the dog but never let on to me.I will find a dog even if I do have to pay 2,500 and he will be loved and treated the very best.I will never go back there again .

These people do not answer their phone. Been trying to call since this morning. There is a bird at the park stuck in a tree that could be saved and you can't even reach someone even though they're supposed to be open since 8 am. What a joke. I've been calling for the past 3 hours and left a message. What good is a service if the only person who can help doesn't answer their phone?
