Love this taco bell might be the best in the state. Actually acknowledges my food allergy and makes sure it doesnt touch any of my food. Great service and workers

I give this Taco Bell 0 stars! I had to choose at least 1 star for a review! Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced! The Gentlemen that took my order rushed me to place my order, once I pulled up to the window he wouldn’t take my payment he told me no smoking I didn’t even have a cigarette, my passenger had one in his hand NOT even lit! He kept slamming the window shut, I then asked for receipt he said he can’t, went to then ask his name he slammed the window an walked off. I sat a minute to wait for him to come back an he never came back. I will not be returning to this location again. This was the only Taco Bell I would go to in Waterville but now I’ll take my money elsewhere! You should teach your employees customer service and if they hate the job that much then they should find a different job!

When I placed my food order, I specifically requested no sour cream. Unfortunately, when the order arrived, it still had sour cream on it. Additionally, I asked for no ice in my drink, but it was served with ice anyway. To add to the confusion, I ordered two different boxes, expecting them to be packaged separately in boxes, but they were not. Furthermore, the cheese gordita crunch had an untoasted tortilla, so I had to separate the orders myself.To make matters worse, I was initially quoted one price for my order, but when I paid, I was told it was $32.82 instead of the expected amount. I handed over $40.82, expecting $8 in change, but I only received $5.99 in change. To my surprise, the cashier apologized for stating the wrong price and not asking for a penny .I was given hot sauce, about a pound's worth no napkins.

Definitely not a vegetarian friendly location. Not only do I have to tell them twice over the speaker but also when I'm paying and still they manage to mess up my order again... What I expect compared to what I actually received in the photos I posted. This location is a joke, people that work here are clowns, I usually don't write reviews about fast food places but this is more of a WARNING!!!! This location sucks.

I've only been half a dozen times but 0 for 6 in having all the items in the bag or having the items ordered. If it's missing I'd pull back through, but of it's just a wrong item or made wrong I kept driving. Also earliest closing Taco Bell I've ever ecountered?

This Taco Bell is incredible. So delicious. Makes me so sad Bangor brewer Ellsworth is where I eat all the time and it is absolute garbage compared to Waterville. Incredible!!!!

I finally understand the definition of insanity. I keep trying to eat here and hope they actually get my food order correct. I am finally giving up because apparently the workers cannot function or read so it is pointless. The food you do get looks like it was assembled by a two year old. Spend your money elsewhere!

I have a dairy intolerance. 3 of 4 items came with cheese. Can see from receipt I specified no cheese. Could have made me feel sick had I not checked my order. I understand messing up a bunch of additions but I'm literally paying the same price for you to just leave off cheese.
