Crystals essentrics class is amazing and just what I needed to feel like an energetic, fitter version of myself. Her style of teaching motivates me to stay consistent when other classes have not had the same impact on me. The music choices are awesome. I plan to continue essentrics as long as I can!

Vibrant Bodies, Essentrics and Yoga
Crystal’s passion for her students is inspiring and motivational. Her fun loving spirit makes a session feel like a night out with her choreographed playlist and a treatment all in one hour. I have a lot of respect for Crystal’s knowledge of the movement of the body!!
