Rock and the team at TG Powers sports were awesome to deal with. I’m sure it has been very stressful on them with supply chain issues but they handled all of my calls perfectly.Picked up my 2023 skidoo expedition with an 850 eTech yesterday. Unfortunately Rock couldn’t guarantee when we were gonna get snow lol.

Follow up call are none existent. If you want an answer or want to buy something, you have to go in person. Make sure you book an appointment; they are booked for the next month and will not let you leave your item there for them to work on. They state they have no room. The other location fixed the issue in 4 minutes and I did not even purchase my four wheeler from them. Last time I buy anything from this location. Unfortunately, there is no service once you give them the business.

This place is not for semi truck delivery.No dock here.If you are dropping full load get ready to move load out of trailer by yourself, as this place is not taking their stuff out of trailer. Guy with short height and long Beard is rude and arrogant.Zero respect towards others. Has his own excuses.Don't know the difference between local LTL work and highway FTL.If they don't have a dock then don't order FTL or hire employees to their job.This place deserves minus star.

Terrible service attempted to double charge me on hours worked, and then added hours above the warranty work. I needed a new engine in my sled, I had an aftermarket warranty, I was given a copy what was covered in the warranty and was shown that 11 hours of labour was covered and all parts necessary for the replacement. The only thing not covered was spark plugs and coolant, and the labour time to put those in. Tg decided that this was worth $640. I spoke with various staff and was told to deal with it. I will not be going back. I’d rather drive to the sault or Timmins and get better service. Even the warranty company wrote in their report that they were well over hours on the repair and actually gave them an extra 3 hours to cover the time, but tg wasn’t happy with that. Very disappointed

I cannot speak highly enough of TG Powersports or Rock the owner. Everyone laughed when I tried to find a Skandic in September stating that I should have ordered in the Spring...until one told me to call Rock. He had just received an allocation of 5 machines and I scored my Skandic with all being sold in less than a week. Very straight forward purchase and it arrived two weeks later to my shock. Great service, trustworthy and very straight forward.

Rock and the staff are amazing! Helped a friend with his purchase of a new sea doo boat and was a flawless transaction.

Fantastic place to go for parts and service. The staff there are knowledgeable and friendly. My sled was ready at the time quoted and at the price I was expecting. Keep up the good work.
