The wait was super long but the staff are great and genuinely care about their patients. Just make sure to have a phone charger and some activities to pass the wait time. They are so thorough with people to make sure every possible angle is covered.

Went here for help by ambulance for my wife who was in serious pain. They didnt even help her, all they did was they told her to take tylenol, they did not do tests or anything. then they gave her covid. So they only thing they did was give my wife covid, did not help her at all.

The waiting times are astronomical. I don’t think I have had to wait this much for anything ever in life anywhere in the world. They just had a handful of patients but the waiting time was about 4-6 hours. Entered the hospital at 2:00pm. Did not receive a diagnosis or anything until 7:00pm. I eventually decided to just leave. It’s probably better to suffer in pain rather than wait here.

Had go come here once when an antibiotic caused an allergic reaction, and then had to come back a second time that night when I went into anaphylaxis. The staff here are wonderful, especially Dr Ryan Allen. And they took care of me immediately when they saw how serious it was. I'm so grateful for the consummate professional at this facility. They allowed me to get some work done (pictured) and I left them a thank you note as well (also pictured). Thanks folks, and lots of love!!!

This urgent care clinic is linked with Dr. Raj Bhardwaj who is spreading misinformation regarding a new stroke season which he claims takes place after flu season. Sounds like someone is trying to cover for the massive spike in strokes and heartattacks that has occurred since the injection rollout. Is the first priority Money or Healthcare?

My boyfriend came in here because he hurt his back. While waiting for hours he tried to lay on the floor because it helped his pain, and the security yelled at him and wouldn’t let him lay on the floor. He had a BROKEN BACK. I can’t believe the lack of sympathy, he wasn’t being impatient or asking for a bed or pain meds, he was just trying to manage his pain himself the best he could.

I wish I could give 0 star,I went there for the first time on 20 Nov 2022 when my son was having cold, cough and fever(after my Doctor suggested to go in for urgent care so he can have X-ray chest to make sure he doesn’t have pneumonia).I went to the triage room with my 6 year old son and the nurse there named Andrea C was very rude ,disrespectful and racist. She treated my 6 yr old very well behaved child like trash.Never ever going there again. She said when you gave Advil to your child and I said 2 hours ago and she said now you will have to give him Tylenol as he will have to wait here for hours and I said yes I gave him Advil 2 hours ago,I will keep Tylenol with me in case he gets fever while waiting but my Doctor said repeat advil and Tylenol 4 hourly and currently he has no fever so she said you can leave right now and I will not see any other person of your family and I was like shocked why she was so cranky and disrespectful checking my son.I hope she is getting paid for her job and she should control her temper tantrums. She disrespected me in front of my kids and I hope this review reaches to someone one in the position of authority and cancel her license being so racist.Worst experience of my life.

Better than Foothills, but still part of an inefficient system that compares very poorly to many European ones. Examples - 1) while waaaaaaaaaiting they call out given rather than less common family names; 2) while queuing to get triaged (this in itself takes an hour) no one sends forward obvious urgent care needs to triage and if we do so everyone's permission in between is required; 3) there are more Peace Officers than nurses in the lobby. Plus, two staff are handing out needles and other supplies to drug addicts. Just so you know where your tax dollars are going...
