Dealt with both Jackie and jazz. Both are 100 % genuine and will do absolutely anything for you as a customer. The two of them make this by far the best dealership around. After dealing with these two I Wouldn't buy a vehicle from anyone but them.when walking into a car dealership your expecting to see and deal with a bunch of sales people with plastic suits and big fake grins. That's not what you get with these two, their absolutely the best.

Very friendly and made me feel super comfortable. They were responsive, very helpful and got me into the perfect car with cheaper financing than expected! Jas was amesome, I told him what i was looking for and he sent me lots of options and pictures of each vehicle within my range. It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. Their attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled- going above and beyond in every aspect! So far it's been a very terrible experience!!! I even contacted someone right away!!Since day one of buying my vehicle that I bought, ( VW Tiguan) , it hasn't ran properly, it had an awful banging noise coming from the front passenger side (tire area) turns out that the lower control arm bolts were very very loose(obviously a vehicle inspection wasnt done properly), the shop I took it to told me that I'm very lucky my tire didn't come flying off while driving and hurt my family,I tried to get help since day 1!!! and they wouldn't do anything for me then, I called yesterday march 18th 2022, and all they offered me is I'm sorry" I have made 5 months worth of payments so fair on a vehicle that wasn't safe to drive with my family or even just my self alone!!! I ended up purchasing a used vehicle 1 week later where I live

Dealt with Jackie and jazz, my experience was not a very good one even though the final result was me driving away with a vehicle. The vehicle had a big scratch and dent on the door and was told by jazz it would be repaired by the body shop before I picked it up. The dent wasn't even touched and the scratch was colored with a paint pen that looked like a three year old did it. I stated my disappointment to Jackie and jazz and was told he never said he would have the body shop fix the repair! That was part of the deal with me agreeing to buy the vehicle and he knew this! It was eventually repaired and Jazz did honor his word.A big shout out to Jackie for actually saving this deal because I was walking out the door angry but she said they would take care of it and it was taken care of. Thanks again Jackie,.

Can't begin to describe how great Mike and his team are! I was looking for a trade in and wasn't able to find a car in my price range, but yet Mike still took the time to help me explore my options. He even took my car for a test drive to help me figure out a transmission issue, even though he didn't have to! Arlene even went next door just to grab coffee supplies so I could have cup. Best experience I've had when in the car market!

Jas and his team worked diligently to find me the right vehicle to fit my budget. I was hoping to find a specific truck at a very tight budget. Not only did I get a newer truck the I expected but the trim level was much higher then I anticipated. Financing was cheaper then expected and the experience in general was exceptional. They were friendly and out going and made sure to follow up with me even after the sale was complete. 10/10 suggest Jas and the team at Okanagan Drives.

Drove over 6 hours from Williams Lake, through a snowstorm, to get here. It took over 5 hours to get the paperwork done. With the tire restrictions in effect and it being illegal to drive without winter tires, I didn't bother to check the tires before I left. My bad. The tires were NOT winters, and when I sent pictures in to show them, they kept claiming they were and said the print was there just really small. When I examined the tires again, it was obvious they were NOT M&S like they claimed.I didn't bother talking to them again and called it a lesson learned. While one of the women was awesome, I was NOT impressed with being misled.On top of the tires, the passenger door automatic lock didn't work properly, which I didn't find out until later.If you decide to buy from these guys, make sure you check EVERYTHING before you leave the lot.

I could not say enough good things about my buying experience. Jackie and Nathan worked hard to find me the vehicle I wanted and made everything a breeze. They answered all of my questions and were so efficient, I was on a time crunch and they made it happen.Arlene made the financing side of things so easy and took the extra time to really make sure I got the rate and financing I needed, and took the time to explain things.They were fun, kind and I never felt pressured. They stayed late and really went above and beyond for me. I would recommend them to anyone.11/10!
