Friendly and thorough. I got Marc in an old house and he found a whole lot more than I could find myself. He then spent hours with me detailing everything that needed to be fixed and showing me where that was. He knows what needs to be fixed right away and he knows what a house can live with. I would highly recommend Marc. He goes above and beyond and he's a great guy!

The home inspection went well. Marc was very detailed in explaining all I needed to know in the real sense and gave a fair review. He also taught me how to fix some minor things. The process was a smooth one. Marc always followed up and gave insight where needed. I would highly recommend Marc.

Marc is an incredible inspector, he takes the time to explain things and answer questions. Never in a rush to get anything over with and is very thorough and will answer any questions and offer his experience and suggestions. Would use him for inspections/contracting again!

He was very honest and described everything to me in a way I could understand as this is my first time buying a home and didn’t know much going in. Super easy to talk to and a all around nice guy. Marc did an amazing job. Found the issues we were concerned about and brought it to our attention. Along with suggestions for each repair, it helped us come up with a budget of wants and needs.The thing that stood out the most for us, was his honesty and openness about the business and that he's there for his clients and that's it. We were not able to look at the house in person, but, had complete trust in Marc to let us know what he would do in our shoes.We highly recommend Marc and look forward to our next property with him.

Marc was very well knowledgeable and helped put me at ease.I purchased an old farmhouse sight unseen and only got him to come inspect it after I had possession as you can imagine there were problems some major some minor that I thought were major.marc helped put me at ease and point me in the right direction as to what yo do to get this old place back up on its feet again.ive got alot of work to do ahead of me and I'll probably end up calling him up again in the future.Thank you very much from me and my family
