It's more the location is a problem than the store really. It gets dangerously busy in the parking lot at times. And the traffic getting in and out can be just awful. For me, I almost got hit pulling in as a result of other poor drivers not keeping the high flow of traffic.Exiting was far easier. I had to wait for a bit until the congestion eased. The store itself was fine.

Like any Tim's, things would not go wrong as you would imagine experiencing one of the finest coffees to crack open your day or, for that matter, one of the finest cups of Joe one could experience, anytime. Debatably, there are equally and possibly better options out there, but hey, this review is for Tim's, so let's stick to that. Good for the most part... a lot depends on who is serving you and how well they remember when you decide to concoct your options... line-ups can be frustrating at times but worth the wait for the most part... there have been times when things with your order get messed up... very frustrating, especially when you get your order and drive past the window and realize that things just went south on your order and have to circle back.... overall, it's a great coffee joint with few occasional spikes.

It's really disappointing that they don't speak English, in Canada. Little chaotic environment. Food all over the floor, Baker doesn't bother to clean up his/her mess. Everything is exposed to customers. I guess in India that's normal.

Once there was a time when double double coffee used to have same taste same fragrance whether you order it in Brampton or in Vancouver. But now, especially in Brampton, coffee taste like they make coffee once in the morning and serve it till evening. Sometimes you got to taste sugar in the last sip. Sometimes it is like just a cup of milk with a bit of coffee so that you could only smell it.Something is changed in Brampton.The worst thing are lids. Lids are so ill designed that you can't get a sip without spilling some coffee on the cup.

The gentlemen that worked overnight today are the best l. They both deserve raises. My wife was craving jalapeño pastries at midnight… I checked 2 other tim Hortons and of course they did not bake them only had donuts cookies and muffins… this location I called ahead and they assured me that they had some and provided me what I was looking for at 12:30 AM! Absolutely blown away by the service. Thank you!!

It is one of the fastest and quickest services. With the volume these guys deal with, the food came fast and hot. They all work together like a well-oiled machine. I wish all the tims were this efficient.

Very busy location especially the drive thru. Dining in was pretty nice but small with limited seating and not much room when lining up to order your food. Didn't like the fact how they had homeless/beggers inside the store asking their customers for things is not a good place to dine.
