Excellent customer service! They called ahead as they said they would and arrived on time. They loaded promptly and were polite and courteous! It was a very positive experience, and will use this service again in the future when needed!

Terrible service. Don’t use these guys. Called them to remove some drywall from a couple walls we took down. They quoted me a price in the beginning after they went threw what they needed to do. I agreed to the price. Half way threw the job they came back at me and said they needed to double the price. To me that isn’t proper business. So if you can find another company that does the same work..... I’d highly recommend that you go there. DONT USE THESE GUYS!!!!!! Very unprofessionalUpdate review. They said they tried to contact me to work things out. There has been no phone call. No email and no other form of communication whatsoever. So again, very unprofessional service!!!!

TJ and Luke were here promptly on time and moved everything I wanted them to from the old house and then went to new one and took away more stuff we couldn't use. They were both very professional and very pleasant. Highly recommend JustJunkMary-Lou Fedora, Delta BC

I booked online the night before for next day service. The two gentlemen that came out kept me updated on their ETA, gave me a quote right away, got to work getting all the items from my basement suite out to their truck, and were very professional and courteous! I will definitely be using them again, and highly recommend them to anyone who needs some junk removed!

The team arrived in time. They were very friendly, and even took their shoes off to come inside. They also wore their masks. They were very polite. Their price was better than a competitor I used in the past. I am very satisfied. I recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

Junior and Ehsa arrived within hours of my request for them to pick up a bunch of miscellaneous furniture I needed removed. They were so quick, and perfectly on time, they gave me a phone call to let me know they would be arriving within half an hour. They were super polite once they arrived and confirmed that I understood how the process worked. I couldn't recommend them anymore and absolutely enjoyed the experience. I wouldn't hesitate to tell any of my friends to call and let this business be the one they choose for any removal service.

I've been using this service for about 4 or 5years. And have not any complaints. They have been abolsoutly great. They are honest dependable they don't push you to go over your budget they are very helpful and explain everything on what they are going to do they work with you. Their prices are fair and reasonable. What ever type of income you are on they have a price for you to get some or all your junk out I highly recommend this company if you're planning on doing some clean-up

These guys are great! Actually showed up in the block of time I chose. Backed into my driveway no problem, without calling me to move my vehicles because they weren’t comfortable. Jumped out, we’re very friendly. I pointed to the stuff, they loaded it super quick, I paid, they left. So smooth! Under 10 mins and all my junk was gone. No haggling about what they can and can’t take, no problems with weight or size. Just loaded it and left. I highly recommend this company for a smooth, hassle free experience.
