Jason, Ian and Patrick did a super job cleaning our shed, eves and back deck. They also cleared the fluff out of our dryer vent. Very professional, organized and neat. Highly recommend!

Jim did an amazing job. The house is in a forest of trees in Alta Vista, Jim got all the branches and debris off the roof quickly and cleanup was great. This was the Friday of the May long weekend. Saturday our city had a devastating storm. We had all new debris and branches on the roof. We were having real estate photos done in a couple of days and so I reached out to Jim to see if he could come back. Jim called back right away and said he would be by in a couple of hours.Jim arrived, after a long drive in crazy traffic because there was no hydro in most of the city, he was beyond amazing getting all the new stuff off the roof.Jim refused any kind of payment...and I tried because we were so thankful. It's this type of person that makes living in Ottawa so amazing.This service and spirit was above and beyond any expectations.

The crew from Gorilla property arrived on time and all of them were respectful and very professional. They all seemed invested in working together to get a great job done. The work was thorough and the end result exceeded our expectations. Siding came out good as new and the windows were strapless and super clean! Thank you to Jason and the others who took the time needed to get things done right! We would definitely be recommending you to others looking for similar services!

We had GPS out to clean our gutters. Jim was great - got back to me with a quote right away and had a crew out almost immediately to complete the job. They did great work and the price was totally reasonable. Highly recommend this business!

I was looking around for someone to clean our siding and had called a couple of other places before speaking to Jim at Gorilla Property Services. I was impressed by him over the phone and decided to go with him to have our gutters, siding and windows cleaned. I am so glad we did! Mary Lynn and her team were fantastic! Their attention to detail was outstanding. We are very pleased with the final product and plan to highly recommend them to whoever asks us. We look forward to using their services in the future.

Jim responded to my inquiry very fast and visited our property the following day to see what the job entailed. A written quote was provided about 15 minutes after he left. The crew showed up on time, were very friendly & professional. They did a great job!

The team from GPS provides excellent and reliable service. Same- or next-day response with quotes and any questions clearly answered by owner Jim. Work is scheduled promptly, and in my experience actioned within the week. Jason and Ian did a great job last Fall with washing the outside of the house (vinyl siding, fascia, gutter faces, garage door, exterior windows), and also the deck. Yesterday they were back to clean out the dryer-vent. On-time, professional, friendly, and take the time to do a good job— a great team! I have no hesitation in recommending Gorilla Property Services.

Jim's team of allstars showed up early with smiles on their faces and humour in their interactions. They worked quickly and efficiently to clean 5 years worth of bird poop and construction residue from my windows. The price was also quite reasonable for the amount/size of windows I have. I wouldn't hesitate to hire his workers again.

Jim was very prompt with returning my call and scheduling the service, and the workers were the same about showing up to do the work. They were polite and patient with finding the correct duct (I wasn't sure which it was) and did an excellent job once it was found. They also discovered why it had gotten clogged in the first place. Apparently no mesh had ever been placed over the vent, so an enormous bird's nest had been built inside.After cleaning the vent out, they went to Home Depot to purchase a new vent and installed it for me, despite that not being a part of the call, and charged a VERY reasonable fee for the service.I will absolutely be calling GPS when I need work done again, and don't hesitate to recommend them.
