Very friendly and super helpful staff. I didn't know my way around the store as it's quote large and many many options and products. A lovely Irish girl took me to the right section and was very helpful. Cashier guys were equally nice and helpful with my questions too.

Always find everything I need and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. They also always make transactions, return or refund super easy! Prices are also more than fair (compared to competition and Amazon) which makes me even more happy to support a local store. My go-to store for years now!

I love this store tbh and they help a lot and I usually find everything I need. They have almost every pets product although it really expensive and I get why they’re really good products but just a little to expensive for me.

I'm new to the area and it is my first time visiting this store. Friendly, helpful staff and a great variety of pet food/toys. The guy who helped me was extremely courteous and patient. I had a lot of questions and he patiently answered every one of them. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name but I remember him telling me he was from India. He also gave me some great suggestions based on my pet's needs. Looks like I found my go-to pet store.

Really friendly staff and excellent customer service! I purchased a large bag of litter for my kitten but it made her sneeze so much the first time that she refused to use it after that. They were really helpful and took an exchange despite it being opened and patiently helped me find a new one which my kitten loves.
