Okotoks Heating Ninja
I've had Matt come prior and fix my furnace when I had no heat about 3 years ago. Have a contract with them for filters. Called this Saturday night and again Matt came Sunday morning, knew exactly what was wrong and repaired it quickly. Great service and cares about the clients. Will be needing new furnace soon and definitely will have Okotoks Heating Ninja complete it!!

I texted matt after i got home from work because my furnace wouldnt turn on , we texted back and fourth for about a hour and he was able to trouble shoot the problem via text and help me fix the issue without even comming over great experience with them and if i ever need maintenance or a repair ill be calling matt without hesitationThanks alot i appreciate it

Matt was great! Knowing we were without heat, Matt came himself as all his technicians were busy. He diagnosed the problem with our furnace over the phone, picked up the parts and was at our place that morning. He was pleasant, courteous and efficient. We realized after a few days of above zero temperatures in our new home that we were going to desperately need A/C.
