The team at the desk were polite and easy to deal with. The lady who did the mammogram was absolutely fantastic. She made me feel comfortable. Explained everything to me and taught me some things I did not know. Just an incredible woman.

Wonderful staff, Made me very comfortable with my ultrasound and xray apt. Only thing I would say is that when I came to make an appointment front staff told me there is no appointment available for next day but the person standing beside me with an other staff who came after me for the same ultrasound appointment got it for next day. That i didn't feel comfortable with. Otherwise all good.

The imaging center is very professional and I never have to wait. The staff are all friendly and competent. I was nervous for my Mammogram because I had a negative experience elsewhere. The technician Aimee was amazing and took control and made me so at ease. If you have a good technician there is no reason for a painful mammogram. Will always go to this Health Center now.

Great experience and friendly technicians. Aimee was excellent and goes above and beyond to provide the best service possible. I can tell the staff here are working very hard around the clock trying to fit in as many people as they can, while simultaneously dealing with a constant barrage of ignorant, rude and entitled people who treat the staff with hostility and disrespect. I cannot imagine maintaining my composure the way the staff here do when faced with such animosity. Keep up the good work!

From the front desk to the testing lab they were absolutely wonderful.Kind, took their time, efficient, explained any and all procedures and tests. Flexible when booking additional appointments. The Dr was outstanding caring compassionate and I never felt rushed. I’m happy they are part of my medical team moving forward

I highly appreciate Rosa for her great professionalism and ethics. She is one of the most exceptional techs I've ever seen! She cares so genuinely about the patient and takes their case seriously, as an experienced professional tech as she is. Rosa is the best! She’s one of the most skilled and experienced techs I have ever been to in the GTA who genuinely cares about the patient. She is very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. She has great eyes for detecting the pathology and she’s very skilled in not only soft tissue and internal organs but also msk ultrasound which I believe makes her the exceptionally wonderful tech that she is. She makes sure that everything is thoroughly checked and well documented. She’s also very personable and friendly. My whole family always goes to Rosa and we’ve all had an excellent experience with her. Thank you Rosa for your service and kindness!

After the initial wait of an 8am appt and two people going in before me (even with showing up the requested 15 mins early) everything was done quickly. I liked that I was told how long it would be before beginning the ultrasound.

From the moment when checking in till my test were completed it was a fantastic experience. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Cathy the technologist was amazing when handling the injections that I had. The other staff that did my second test were also amazing and made me feel relaxed and not nervous. I give my experience a 10 out of 10, thanks.
