Honda Pilot for BOLTON TOYOTA was listed without any notes or images regarding ripped interior, noisy exhaust or non-drivability issue - worst part is the conspiracy of BOLTON TOYOTA and TRADEREV whereby it was delivered quietly on a flatbed towing without my knowledge, as per TRADEREV all this is not needed to be declared, it is regular wear and tear. Beware of BOLTON TOYOTA and TRADEREV

Something fishy is going in here and TradeRev seems to be a part of this scam. This is what SHILLING is. Top Sellers like CANADA AUTOS SELECTION sells bulk of similar brand new cars over the weekend from Quebec, KASH AUTO in Toronto buys most of these cars and sells them again on TradeRev after a couple of days for a few 100’s less than what they paid for. And then both rate each other top reviews. This isn’t the only example. There are many more like that.Dealers need to be careful and avoid such scammers. TradeRev if you’re not a part of it, do something about this. This is nothing but Shilling going on in plain view.

THIS MIGHT BE THE MOST IMPORTANT REVIEW YOU NEED TO READ. BE AWARE BUYERS. I worked as a UC manager for a group of franchise dealerships for almost 6 years, you won’t believe this was happening but it is actually happening with most volume sellers, TRADEREV made a deal with us that if we go on the top franchise deal they have with an extra fees of $599/m we will never get to hear about any arbitration no matter what happens or what we don’t disclose. They have their way and policies to reject any arbitration done on our vehicles. I know this is illegal but they had the deal done with the GSM.BTW… we are not the only group having this deal with them.

The BEST auction platform. Most of my purchases comes from this platform. It's pain free! The way you go back and forth between the seller/buyer is one of the features I like the most compared to others where you always have to rely on a rep which most of the time does not even bother to call/text you back.The research option is also a big feature I like which can show me how much a certain unit can sell for in the right condition. It's a really good tool to help you figure out how much you can pay for a certain car in the case of a car you would not keep in your inventory.Would definitely recommend to a newbie since this is the most user-friendly experience available on the online auction market.Reps are in general, really helpful and will really help you to close the deals you're working on. I find it easier to deal and build relationships with the reps I do business with.5/5 would recommend to newbies and experts.

Very poor experience with support and shipping after buying a vehicle. Shipping was cancelled on a vehicle I purchase, and it was blamed on me to cancelling it. I asked them to replay the call of it being cancelled as they have an automated message to start every call that they record calls for quality assurance. They refused to do so. Talked to multiple people in support with promises to remedy and call me back and not one person has ever called me back. All of a sudden, my vehicles are being shipped again by traderev direct and it keeps getting delayed.

they allow sellers to sell trucks with completely failed engines, with no declarations of anything needing work as long as it's listed as is.Be very cautious, extremely poor business

Traderev arbitration has always been the worst. They simply don't care. They don't even follow the arbitration rules that are set out in black and white. I left traderev about a year ago and came back was a big mistake. My dealer friends warned me but I still gave it a try. Traderev will have lots of franchise dealers one day but not enough buyers then what ? I can name at least 5 dealers that stopped dealing with traderev only because of terrible arbitration department. My complaint like before will be swept under some rug and I'm certain of that. Nobody cares here :-(

Arbitration is a total joke with this company. Three to four weeks of waiting is not uncommon. They find the smallest reasons not to cover repairs etc This will be the downfall of Traderev unless something changes. AS IS Units is a free for all for the sellers with no recourse. They protect their franchise stores at all costs, even if vehicles have engine issues that are not disclaimed.

Absolutely the worst auction by far. They award garbage dumpers and punish honest dealers, just to keep a few hundred dollars of auction fees. They don’t follow their own arbitration rules. After you submit an arb and the concrete evidence, they will act dumb and ask for something you already submitted. After you ask them why they will act blind and not reply you on purpose until 3 days passed and they will tell you the arbitration is closed because time is up.

Horrible, horrible experience with arbitration and with CANADA AUTOS SELECTION. The seller did not disclose anything on the car. He advised me that I should be able to drive it back to Toronto from Montreal . Went to pick it up, and noticed a brutal vibration and grinding, and when I asked him he just said “it’s as-is bro”. Even after I told him I had to drive it back to Toronto and it wouldn’t be safe to do so, he said I should be good and that he had been driving it around as well. The car barely made it 5 mins away from the lot when the wheel hub completely broke and sent the wheel flying down the road. And yet, even after an incident where the seller is CLEARLY in the wrong, not only for hiding an obvious issue, but also for the safety risk that he posed for me and other cars on the road, TradeRev is denying this claim.Stay away from guys like this, the top sellers will always get away with anything and TradeRev isn’t gonna do a thing about it, as long as they keep getting paid. Definitely switching over to Eblock not just for their honesty but for their communication and support as well.
