Idler pulley. The most common part to wear out on a dryer and most dryers use the exact same part. Vicky's $69.99. Amazon $15. Need I say more.

The person on the phone was friendly and professional; the repair person came on a Sunday, was honest and fair in his diagnosis and plan for our washing machine and stove. The parts were ordered quickly and they completed the job in a timely manner as promised. I had negative experiences with two other appliance repair places before calling Vicky’s - should have just started here!

Have been searching for a repair technician, in Kingston area, for my Samsung stove. Have called and spoken with individuals from many businesses, withno success (some were down right rude) until Rick from Vicky's called me back. Professional, friendly, customer service at its finest. Rick went to great lengths to find needed part ... which is going to cost approx $500 less than quoted by one of his competitors. If you are looking for a repair service that is actually interested in providing good customer service, then do yourself a favour and call Vicky's Repair.

This place is a joke. It’s like a junkyard. I walked in and took a closet with parts everywhere. Guy tried to sell me a used part for new for twice the cost of what a new one is online stay away from this guy.

Called Vicky's Appliances on a community FB page referral. I am so glad I did. They came the same day. Bernie was friendly and courteous. He knew exactly what to do. In less than 30 minutes our gas stove was working. I had tried to fix it myself but failed. When he came he asked questions and listened to what I said. He was very respectful. Thanks again we can now cook up a storm for Canada Day.

After weeks of trying to track down someone who could fix a stove issue, I called Vicky's at a friend's recommendation. Bernie came the next day, already had the part in his hand when he walked in, fixed it like it was nothing - and all with great customer service and great communication. I'll be the person recommending Vicky's and Bernie to friends now, and they're my go-to in the future.
