I highly recommend you do not use ace cab service. One of their cab drivers Cab# 692 is grossly rude, unpleasant and very unprofessional. He also had been smoking in the car.

Our driver David was super rude, we told him “we appreciate you waiting for a minute till we got in” and he said “good you better” in a non joking manner. He was extremely unfriendly and made all four of us(girls) super uncomfortable... customer service was also very unhelpful and slow... they told us a trip would cost us 40$ we ended up paying 65, don’t trust them

Would not recommend this cab company. They're very unpleasant and unprofessional. Driver came after I left cause taking to long. He called so I let him know that I left. In reply he made a rude comment that I should walk and I don't deserve a taxi. I Was so taking blown away by that comment and that's my reason for not recommending this company. You're providing a service so please act professional.

My experience with these taxi drivers hasn't been any great customer service. Drivers don't understand English very well and are quite aggressive and rude for some reason. They need customer service classes before providing services to public.

Had 2 experiences using this taxi service to go train station. first was excellent, 2nd was fine. Overall, they arrived 10 mins early than the scheduled time and waited for me to properly say goodbye to my kid, which was really appreciated. Only downside was that the 2nd time, driver drove to the incorrect entrance but we figured out the correct way after, and the visa machine didn’t work (weak signal I guess), luckily I had cash on me so I quickly paid with cash, thus I didn’t miss the train!

The driver Mr Mika is so professional and very polite. His van is very clean and doesn’t smell of cigarette smoke or underarm odours which is a great point. . The call centre guy on the other hand is the complete opposite overall, I give this interaction with the taxi driver a 10.

Have used taxi service to get downtown for medical appointments. Driver arrived on time, answered my questions regarding route and was very courteous. Safe and patient with drive and we made good time given traffic and road conditions.

Never use this cab service! I used this service 2 times and requested a van. The 1st time the driver was late, did not sanitize his hands and touched my stuff. Then he was fiddling with his phone recreationally WHILE DRIVING. The 2nd driver (Van # 620) was worse! The most rude driver I've ever experienced in my life. He was late, mean, denied my request for AC and talked down to me. I told him I'm not using this cab service again, and he said good." I said "you are not a nice cab driver" and he said "The whole company knows I'm not nice" and drove off. I called Ace to complain

I would recommend you not use this service as they have no care for anyone on the road…. The driver nearly ran into our car cutting us off and didn’t care. His driving was terrible and when we called the company to let them know they didn’t care.
