The atmosphere is very chill, the design was sort of abstract with lots of colours. There is a back area which is secluded and nice. The music is kind of loud.I ordered a Bun Voyage, which tasted good. I would rate it 7/10, the ice cream was really good but I did not like the bread I did not think fit as much with the ice cream. The prices are actually decent.The service was rather slow, and I went on a Monday an hour or two before closing. My waiter had to be called over a few times to begin order, to get the bill, etc. Kind of like I was forgotten. The waiter was really nice, I am not sure if it was really busy or too much for the waiter. The waiter apologized quite a few times for the lack of service and wait.Finally, would I go again? mostly likely not.

Demetres was amazing!! Food was of an incredibly high quality, all fresh and the ice cream was creamy and delicious. The waffle was so good and cooked to perfection. Presentation was perfect. Customer service was lovely, the person working here was so kind and attentive. Would definitely come back!!

I was greeted warmly and quickly when I arrived and seated at a table near the window. I ordered the Belgian Waffle Splitsonian. The presentation was amazing with a large fluffy waffle topped with honey vanilla ice cream, and strawberries and sliced banana. The ice cream portion was very generous. The quality of the waffle was good as it was clearly freshly made. The honey vanilla ice cream was good quality and very tasty. The strawberries were advertised as fresh in the menu but were clearly frozen. Overall, it was great presentation and quality if you're looking for a large dessert. The server was friendly and attentive, checking in frequently and knowledgeable about the menu.

Dropped in for some dessert and it was good. Hadn’t been here in a while but the portions are still good and satisfying. It is pricey but it’s fair for the amount they gave us with so we can’t really complain about that. The only thing that was a minus in our book was the decor and just the overall atmosphere and environment was very drab. Demetres looks the same as it was 15-20 years ago and I felt like I was sitting in a high school cafeteria. With a little updating and sprucing up it will make a big difference.

Delicious tasting dessert. I was delightfully surprised with the menu offerings as there were vegan options as well. The presentation was very unique and provided a memorable experience. I got the Vincent Mango which was sweet but the fruit brought a nice freshness aspect. Our waiter was very attentive to if we needed anything and very polite. Would definitely go back

I ordered the last straw french crepe and it was delicious. It's a large crepe which is great for sharing with a friend and it's beautifully presented with a large scope of ice cream on top of the crepe. Our server was very friendly, polite and smiled at us. We enjoyed the calm music and relaxing atmosphere and will definitely return again!

Visited on a weekday and it was nice and relaxing to grab a snack with the family before a movie. Not busy at all so service was quick and prompt. Ordered the pretty in pink waffle and it's definitely large enough to share between 2 people. Very tasty, will most likely come back for it again.

Absolutely delicious! My partner and I ordered the sweetcar named devour" crepe and it was perfection. The crepe itself was very soft and the strawberries super fresh. The whole flavour profile works so well with the fresh strawberries
