Purchase alert: They don’t stand by their words on the website. It was mentioned best price guarantee and will lower the price if they find better price online. But when I called, they say they will not go lower than that.

Honestly just a really good shopping experience.I purchased a set of Iron Master Adjustable dumbbells (which I love!) via their online store and everything went really well.A couple things I liked where:There was part of the item that was on backorder and this was very clearly communicated on the website and was stated would be shipped separately at no additional cost once arrived. I have had experiences like this were wasn't communicated and you just had to figure it out or wait and see. I made the purchase knowing I'd have to wait for a part of it.I ended up after awhile just shooting a quick email on if there was a timeline for part 2 of my order (just checking I purchased fully aware of the wait) I got a quick, polite and professional response back from Max P saying when they thought they'd be in. Best part a few days before that date I got an email from Max P saying they came in, he remembered I'd asked and let me know that within the next 24-48 hours I'd get my shipping tracking number.It's the little things that make up customer service and my experience was that they crushed it! I will order again on my next item for sure.

I walked in here last week after numerous emails with the staff. I dropped almost $7000 in new gym equipment for my home gym as I refuse to show anyone my medical info here in ontario to enter a gym. Not only did i get awsome commercial grade equipment i was treated like a personal friend. I feel i got the best deal from these guys which is why i drove 4 hours each way from ontario to buy here.
