We just had an old AC unit removed, and a new one installed at a different location on the property. We were so pleased with Hartman that we have already recommended their services to a friend for a new water heater. Very professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. We will be using them in the future for upcoming work on the furnace and water heater. Five stars!

Sam Hartman and Steve did some repairs/rework and new runs to the ductwork in my house for a renovation and ran new gas lines for my BBQ, new dryer location and for a new gas stove ...My confidence in this company is high... they were professional and personable and very accommodating throughout the project...Sam just left the house after doing the gas connections for the appliances that finally arrived and as a side to that work, I asked him to diagnose a problem with the furnace that had just happened overnight, which makes me feel good to know what his assessment is...Definitely a reliable operation, Hartman Heating & AC is... their quoted price was a bit better than other quotes and the entire experience with Hartman was excellent... Sam was incredible to work with. Since my initial problem with my air conditioner he was quick and prompt to respond to all of my questions. His prices were good and service was even better. He was thorough in his installation as well as very tidy in that I had nothing to clean up afterwards. A few days after the installation of my AC unit he checked in and reached out to me to make sure everything was working correctly. Sam is a great person to work with. Called about my AC not working and he took the time to go over all the possibilities with me. Came to my house in record time, was very professional, informative and took the time to answer all my questions.Ended up having to replace my AC and this company was nothing big friendly and professional from the initial consultation to the install completion. They even guarantee their work, complete the company warranty for me and called for a follow up to ensure I have been happy with the product I purchased.I have not had much success with tradesman this past year BUT my luck has changed and I would recommend Hartman Heating & AC to anyone having HVAC issues of any kind - thanks!!!
