I did a general repair at this place, the owner was not nice. he made me wait an hour in the car, while he was dealing with other Asian customers. then when my turn came, he barely looked at my car and told me that the pipes are busted .got them fixed by him, he was very rude and barely talked to me. If your not Asian, this place is not for you. I felt disrespected, will never be going here again.

One of the best and honestly Auto Shop in Toronto. Solved all kinds of problems of the automobile issues with expertise knowledge and reasonable price range. In the past over 15 years never disappointed with their services and always remain high quality solutions for your need. strongly recommended.

I must say, super impressed with this customer service. I called in to ask about vehicle inspections, and Peter took his time to make sure I had the necessary information.On top of this, he briefly discussed with me the car I was looking into and gave some advice about what I should watch out for or look into.Totaly impressed with this place. If I need work done I will try and come by.

Untrustworthy dishonest scammers. Got two rear brake calipers die on me back to back and got it replaced with these guys and it died after a year again.They keep telling me there’s no such thing as OEM brake calipers for my car model. I called my dealer and they have it. They also never gave me any core rebates which I recently found out that each caliper is valued at $60-80 in rebate if you give them your old part which they took from me and never gave me rebates. So my caliper broke within a year and they said sorry it’s out of warranty of have no records of it.These guys are never on time. You book an appointment and they’ll make you wait another 4 hours before pickup. Eg. tire change 12pm, pickup 4pm. It doesn’t take 4 hours to change tire.

We've been going to Peter and his crew for all of our vehicle maintenance and repair ever since we bought our first car 12 years ago. They are very honest about the cost and the work that needs to be done, and have never upsold us on any unnecessary services. Even after we moved out of GTA, we still go to Jebsen as long as we can make it there.

Very knowledgeable staff, honest and very reasonable price. Will not try to sell you useless service. And even recommend you what are not needed. I trust them with my car.

Not organized. Very disappointed! They don’t care about your time. I dropped off my car for replacing tires around 12 pm and was told that the car would be ready for pickup at 4pm. However when I came back and arrived there around 4.30 pm they were still working on others and kept me waiting until 6pm!That’s 2 hours delay!If you have tight schedule, don’t go.

I have an older BMW 330CI cabriolet and was looking for a BMW mechanic when I came across JEBSEN Auto- My first issue was my passenger window was not closing. I spoke to Peter and he was very professional and asked me to come see him first to confirm the parts I might need- I needed a window regulator and he had to order it so had to schedule to come back- I want you all to know how HONEST this man is. He does not overcharge you , and tells you the truth! I was charged half of what I was told it might cost and he did the job perfectly- I then came back again as had some squeeking and had the ball joints done!! again fantastic service and price. I most recently had to fix the roof of my car as would not open as its a soft top and the dealer wanted to charge me over 200$ just to get an estimate! I told Peter about this and he advised me he will try his best to fix it - well he not only he fixed it - he was honest with the price !!! Don't expect to be on a sofa or get cappuncino- drop you car go to the mall or get an uber-- the savings is worth it and his entire team is amazing!! All cars Porshe BMW Mercedes Lambo all come here ! Peter is the BEST and worth the DRIVE!!!! He is super professional and a must go to mechanic- I will only be loyal to him - Wish I met him last year would of saved THOUSANDS!!! dont delay take your high end cars to him!!! You will thank! me - tell him Nathalie sent you !
