This place is well organized which makes it easy to find the make and model you are looking for. Good spacing between the rows to bring the cart in to load the parts. Cars are off the ground which is a plus if you are looking for something underneath.Darryl is a great guy who would go an extra mile to answer or help you with any questions or information. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs parts that offers friendly experience and great customer service.

I recently visited Kenny U-Pull and was pleasantly surprised by the vast selection of quality used parts available. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and were able to quickly find the parts I needed for my vehicle at a fraction of the cost of buying new. The yard was well organized and the vehicles lifted up off the ground on rims, making it easy to find what I was looking for. I also appreciated the option to pull the parts myself anytime they are open. I will definitely be returning for all of my future auto parts needs. I just sold two cars to Kenny’s in London. Everyone, from start to finish was so friendly, helpful, and professional. The woman who gave me the quote was so wonderful. She managed to give me an excellent quote 50% higher than all the other places I contacted! The tows we’re on time and very efficient. Kenny’s is a tightly run ship and I will definitely call on them again. So organized!

Very professional staff, very friendly, great place to get cars parts.They deserve 10+ not even 5 stars. The staff are so friendly and professional. Steph is always friendly and kind. She is always smiling and helpful. Brandon is a great guy as well, he is very friendly and helpful. Kyle from Hamilton branch was there and he is a super nice guy as well. In general all staff there are great. The place is so clean and the yard is extremely clean. You don’t have to worry about muddy areas or bugs. All cars are lifted from the ground.I encourage everyone to go there and deal with those fantastic employees that make your experience wonderful…

So let me start this story at the beginning so that everyone understands where I am coming from.. I'm going through a financially hard time right now, and a few months ago I spent just short of $60 on rotors and pads for my vehicle (some of the last money I even had at the time). The rotors and pads I bought were literally brand new and I couldn't pass it up, but when I got home, I found out they were for a different trim level of car than mine , and they were just slightly different and would not fit.. so that was a bummer ! So when I went in to return it, I was hoping for either a cash or debit refund, but Kenny doesn't do that. They gave me a in store gift card credit, which I thought was totally fine, because I knew at some point I'd be back into to get something for one of my many vehicles, or even my parents vehicles. Today I went in there on my day off due to weather , it's pouring rain, so it wasn't even a fun day to scrounge through the yard.. and the kind man at the counter informs me that their system had been hacked and the entire system is down , not only for their location , but all the Kenny locations and even other stores.. OK I get that, but that gift card was the only form of 'money' that I even have right now. So I can't just use cash or my debit instead.. However, he was kind enough to let me search the yard without any way of being able to pay the entrance cover charge now knowing my situation.. Your website said you have two Chev HHRs in the yard, I only did find one.. but that's also because the computer system is about a week behind because of their situation with being hacked. So for more than one reason this was pretty frustrating. but I am also understanding that this is none of the staff's fault that is currently working there. The new guy behind the counter was very kind and helpful, and in the past I've had more than one good experience with the other lady behind the front desks, they are always super kind and helpful. Their kindness and willing to help the customers like myself is greatly appreciated, the new guy just asked that I leave a good google review for letting me walk the yard, which I actually thought was a fair thing to ask, especially considering I have never once had a bad experience with the London location. I do appreciate you guys, and I hope your computer system situation gets straightened out soon, I wish you the best !!

This place is awesome. Very organised. Plenty of Japanese and American vehicles to find used parts. Prices are not bad and staff is friendly.

I have been going to Kenny’s for the past year frequently every month. Every time I come in it feels like a second family to me. Prices are fair customer service is great and everyone has a positive attitude! Shout out to Stella! Chantelle! And Brandon! Keep up the great work guys!

We had a great experience here. The staff where super helpful, and they did their best to make finding the parts we were looking for a easy as possible. One employee (don’t know his name but was a new employee) went above and beyond to offered us ponchos. It was pretty rainy and it made all the difference to our visit

The yard is so clean and organized! The staff are all very friendly and hard working! They're also very kind and helpful! Thank you Steph for always knowing how to give your customers a smile!
