Susan have been so helpful. This the best UPS location I have ever been to.

The photo service here is very unprofessional! The lady here took a passport photo of my son. In the photo, my son's face is crooked, with one shoulder high and the other low. I questioned that the photos were not available. But the lady insisted that the photo was fine. As a result, the embassy returned the photos. We communicated with her again, but she still said that the photos she took were qualified, and asked me to provide an English letter issued by the embassy to explain to her that the photos were not qualified. Unreasonable!

I would never recommend anyone use UPS services the most horrible experience, horrible services. I sent a pkg to family beginning of Dec a Christmas gift. The gift still has not been delivered. Me and family have been calling practically everyday. Now we just have been told that possibly next week the family member will receive it. Yep past Christmas and New Years. Horrible, horribleexperience upsettingmyself and familymember. Go to Canada post please. Don't waste your money.I am answering to the answer below which is false information from manager, Susan, once she emailed us that our pkg would be destroyed or sent back because we were over charged on the customs because she wrote the wrong amount.Still in order to recieve the pkg the customs over charge was immediately paid. But is being disputed.Not ONLY that she put the wrong address postal code. All has been confirmed by a manager. I can post the date and time the payment was made immediately once we knew that there was not any time to dispute right away. Complaint was sent by email I have ticket number to post that as well.

I’ve been going to the UPS store in Fleetwood Surrey British Columbia for a while now.I’m amazed at all the options and services that are offered there.Prices are comparable to other places.One of the representative Susan has been helping me over the last few yearsSusan is a fantastic customer service representative always smiling and going the extra mile even through the period of Covid.The other store employees are just as kind.I highly this location of the UPS

Zero stars! Save your time and money DO NOT GO HERE! Horrible customer service and not reliable at all. It has been over 1 month and still UPS has not delivered international package delivery from Canada. This office has very poor communication and zero professionalism. It has been a nightmare dealing with them.

This place must be owned and run by the Vietnamese lady that I see when I go to this place. Shes such a great human being, always such a light and offering the best advice even if it means I don’t give her the business. I always wind up coming back for something. Great spot because the service is exceptional

I would say these two wonderful persons (Susan and Jasmine) are amazing to work with. They made my time at their UPS store worthwhile, hassle free and full of fun. Very transparent and easy to work with. Kudos!
