This store brings back the times I remember from my youth, having an actual food shop in walking distance from home. Great selection of specialty goods that are difficult to find in town. Of course you pay more, but you're also going to get what you need, maybe something you've been craving, and probably nothing you don't want. Some high notes for foodies include, locally raised and aged meats, European sweets and pickles, a wide assortment of fine mustards and large format tins of anchovy (its time to make your antipasto folks)!

The other reviews are true. They have an amazing selection of all types of European deliciousness.But I cannot forgive them charging $8.00 for a 4L bag of milk when the average convenience store sells them for $4.50-$5.00.If I were the owner, I would consider selling items like milk, eggs, bread, etc. almost at cost. Use these affordable items to bring customers in - once they’re in, they’ll buy all the awesome stuff that’s a available there.

Impromptu stop in. I live on the other side of town and dont often get by this way. So glad we stopped in. Picked up # of ground beef ground right before our eyes. Also grabbed a handful of other locally produced products. Great butcher shop. Great local products. Gift basket ideasm. Hosting? Stop in. Proud owner. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Family owned, for as long as a I can remember. Quality German foods and sweets. They have a deli section to die for, and those delicious, poppyseed buns and have a lovely hard crust on the outside and the softest flakiest insides! Absolutely scrumptious!
