Arctic Hot Tubs Vaughan

I previously owned an Arctic Spa and missed having it when I sold my previous cottage. After I bought a new cottage, I purchased a different brand. I immediately noticed a huge difference and regretted not having an Arctic Spa. So, I reached out to Nathan and bought a new Artic Spa that I am very pleased with. Nathan has been really great to deal with. Very professional and extremely responsive. I would highly recommend Arctic Spas and Nathan if you are looking to get a new spa.

We researched a number of vendors and options when we wanted to refresh our backyard (we take a lot of time to land on a major decision - years in this case). We looked at putting a pool in vs a hot tub - and the biggest deciding factor was the length of season/cost vs use. Another factor was ensuring that it was easy to access and secure. Less chemicals, ease of use, quality of construction, efficiency and Made In Canada were important factors.We narrowed our search to Arctic Spa and another vendor - and then I started emailing both - with Alain at Arctic Spa Vaughan standing out (a year into the pandemic - and we have an at-risk situation in our house). Not only was Alain accommodating and informative (vs. salesy), he set a time where we would be the only people in the store (plus himself) so we could see things in-person. I know it was inconvenient for him, but he really wanted to address our concerns and make sure we were comfortable. This has been a consistent theme from pre-sales through to now... everyone that we have had to deal with has been concerned with our well-being and enjoyment of our purchase.We decided to purchase a Tundra and Covana (power top), and Alain had excellent points as to placement so that we would use it the most - within 8 steps of the house. We have been using it every day as a result. My wife was (at first) against the Covana until we saw it work in-person.... and envisioned fall/winter usage and how easy it was to access, the key lock for safety., efficiency with the insulation value of the top and privacy from the screens we purchased (which turns it into a room" at any time of day or night). The screens also block the wind and sun effectively to make the tub more enjoyable.The best part of the experience wasn't the quality of the equipment (even though we have been VERY happy with the gear) - it was the people. I wanted a perfect experience but am realistic that "stuff happens." The measure of a great company (and great people) is how things are handled when things don't happen perfectly. Matt Buchanan

I previously owned an Arctic Spa and when we moved, I missed it terribly. I have owned my new Arctic Spa since last June and have loved it even more. It is more than tub - it is truly a hydro-therapy tub for both me and my husband.Alain was amazing in helping us buy the right tub and making the purchase easy (no stress or worry). He guided us to the one that was truly right for our needs (and not the one I originally thought of buying which would have been a regret).After over a year of owning our new tub, I can honestly say I have NO buyers remorse and have recommended it to many of my friends. The new salt system is incredibly easy to maintain and I love it even more than my previous tub.Bottom line - do not try to save some money on cheaper tubs as they will only cost you more in the long run. You get what you pay for and Arctic Hot Tubs are a superior product which cost very little to run, even in the harshest of winter days.Thank you Arctic Spa - I wish I didn't wait as long as I did to buy my new tub. Now I can enjoy the relaxation and hydro-therapy any time I want - year-round!

First time buying a hot tub. I did my research and I landed on Arctic Hot Tubs. Every since my first interaction, they have been absolutely wonderful to work with, extremely professional and they have helped us every step of the way to hot tub ownership.We purchased the hot tub (with non-refundable deposit) in April 2022 and we were told at that time that the hot tub would not be ready for delivery until around September/ October. That timeline worked perfectly for us as we were moving to a new home in June. Then the hot tub actually delivered early (delivered end of August 2022).Since then, it has been a great experience. We did have a leak in our hot tub about 2 months in, which was disheartening since we just spent a lot of money on the hot tub itself, but Arctic Hot Tubs handled it beautifully. They sent a technician to help us the same week we reported the leak to them. They also asked if we needed a top-up on any hot tub chemicals, and if we did, the technician would bring it with him to our site. The technician himself was wonderful and courteous. Our hot tub was under warranty and he replaced the part that was leaking without us having to ask him to do that. (I was expecting they would just tighten the area that was leaking or something, not replace the entire part, but I was pleasantly surprised.)Suffice to say, I am extremely happy buying from Arctic Hot Tubs and working with them. They have been an absolute delight and I would highly recommend them for your hot tub purchase. All their associates are truly passionate about hot tubs and it shows!

AAA service starting off with Rick in sales and then with Lori and the delivery team.Being a first-time owner I didn't know what to expect but through all the various points on discovery, planning, buying, delivery and set-up PLUS on-going support Rick and the Arctic Hot Tubs team were there for me to simplify things.No pressure and no gimmicks, just straight forward client focused service.Delivery was able to navigate my small space and set-up the hot tub in no time plus provided me excellent advice that you wouldn't get from user manuals.Wish I had the ability to fit in a real Arctic Hot Tub but given I have a tiny backyard Rick was able to help me identify the right tub for my space that also fit my budget (Freeflow Azure).One of the best purchase experiences I have ever had!!Keep it up Arctic Hot Tubs Vaughan and the support team.

After one year, we are still very happy with our hot tub (Eagle; salt): it looks nice inside and out, functional; easy to clean/maintain. Nothing better than enjoying us in a snowy night or in a late summer night gathering in and around it: adults and kids, we all enjoy it.

Second time Arctic spa hot tubWe just received our second hot tub from Arctic Spas. We had our first one for 16 years. Both tubs have a salt water system which I can highly recommend. It's easy to maintain, feels good on the skin and makes the water look clean. The quality of the spa is very high end. We enjoy using the tub year round. The service we received from Nathan @ the Vaughan store is outstanding. I would highly recommend getting a hot tub from Arctic Spa.
