Never disappointed. Always there to help even in a crisis. My 92 yr old father with a very old computer full of games broke down and he was devastated. But.. byte by byte to the rescue had him back up and running. Totally amazed. Definitely my go to guy.

Called 3 times last year regarding a replacement GPU for my pc. No call back. EVER. Called today looking for a different product. Phone was picked up and slammed back down. I'm guessing they just don't like money. Never again.
