The best people work here and they are pretty good at making drinks. I love this place for the infused water. Great atmosphere for paper writing!

When Mike is there you can't get better coaching in the city. The new head coach is hit or miss and plays favourites so the amount he coaches you will depend on how much he likes you. Small gym but well equipped. Atmosphere turned into something I personally didn't like so I left but you might find it fine. Expensive compared to a goodlife but typical pricing for a barbell gym.
