Food was meh but that's to be expected in camp. Be aware that they advertise hot lunch but it's only if you are in the camp at lunch. If you are working on location you have a very slim pickings of fruit and sandwich meat for lunch and they will not let you take hot food to location. Staff was loud and ignorant of night shift waking me and several other guys I know almost daily. The rooms were well cleaned and pretty large though.

Generally serves as a work camp just outside Rainbow Lake. Rooms are very clean and much larger than expected compared to a camp.Food is very good and included in the accommodation.Wireless Internet is a bit aggravating during the evening. TV is a digital flat screen.Outrigger pub is located next door if you want to have a drink and have pub food.Not an average work camp

Richard Van Holland the manager and his Staff, have got to be one of the most friendly and professional people I have found in the hotel business. The rooms are Clean and quite when you want to sleep, the food all three meals of the day were exceptional, home cooked food, ( if you eat what is available you will gain weight ) it is that good.. When I go back in that area in the future definetly will stay there again.....

Standard room is a twin bed, but it's comfortable enough. Very clean room and hotel, no issues at all. The TV is a small tube television, but it has satillite channels and works fine. The food is amazing, had a great steak dinner tonight; breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all provided. Internet is decent, but not quite fast enough to stream Netflix or anything. Laundry is complimentary, which is really nice- just remember to bring detergent. Pool tables are available upstairs. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

Rooms were clean, and food and staff are great! Great for short term camp stays. But anything long term, and you’ll be loosing your mind. Tv in my room is extremely small and old (don’t even think about plugging in a console or smart tv stick as there is no HDMI)… when I called ahead to ask about an exercise room/gym I was told there was one. This is an extreme overstatement. There is two broken bikes, and a treadmill. And don’t even think about weights…

The rooms are a great size at what essentially amounts to a camp setting. The food however could be improved and you'll need to bring your own shampoo.

An isolated town has few options. However this place is clean and well maintained. Food pretty good in terms of camp food. The service was good and staff are Friendly.

Noralta has a good selection for food. Rooms are clean and well air conditioned. Would like to see more supplies in the bathroom (cup, shampoo, body wash etc.). Plenty of available TV channels but WiFi is slow.

I've spent many nights here over the past 5 years. The staff are always great and the rooms are always clean. The rooms are comfortable. Unlike other hotels, you have to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and soap, and there is no hair dryer, iron, fridge, or microwave. The TV is standard definition, but adequate.The food is hit and miss. Things that are fried are usually over-fried, but usually you can manufacture a good meal from the options. Every now and then the food is so bad I just head to the Outrigger across the parking lot.My biggest criticism is that the internet is painfully slow, especially in the evening when everyone is back from the field. I recommend downloading movies/shows before you leave home.

To begin with... the rooms were decent, bigger beds than your standard camp. That's about as far as it goes. If you have not stayed there yet, I will tell you that this place is all inclusive as most camps are. The food is generally poor to mediocre. I will say that there were a few decent dishes which we enjoyed during our 5 day stay. But most of the time and most dishes were poor. That being said, we ended up spending a full day in camp and went down to enjoy the buffet bar lunch. When we showed up my one of my co-workers went and put a a couple chicken wings on his plate along with a scoop of mixed (casserole?) I'm really not sure what it was, it had mashed up fish sticks from the day before and hash browns from that morning. After getting said chicken wings/ one scope of mixed crap he went and sat down to eat. After finishing the few things on his plate he went up to grab another couple wings and without a word of a lie It's not a buffet you already ate" while covering the buffet dish with his hand(I stayed here two years ago and had the same thing happen to a co-worker) We paid 200 a night for all inclusive and buffet/bagged lunch for 3 people for a total of almost 3000 dollars to have one of their staff tell my co-worker that he couldn't eat.... the close and lock the kitchen at 1030 so you better go and get water for the night before they do or a snack. If you end up working later than that you are out of luck. I believe there is another camp called silver tip about 30km east of rainbow that I will be trying next time instead."
