Our experience with European Flooring was excellent. We chose long, wide, square-edge, oil-finished ash planks for the contemporary look we envisioned on the main level of our lakefront new-build and from there, everything flowed seamlessly. These floors are among our favourite aspects of the completed project. We couldn't be more pleased.

John Margie and I renovated the kitchen in our condo earlier this year, which included replacing the floor. We met with Dean Wheeler and Mehran Khayeri at the European Flooring showroom while we were shopping around for floor options and we were very impressed with the beautiful products they offered. We were also impressed with the attention Dean gave us and the in-depth explanations he provided. When we explained that we wanted to replace the floor in the kitchen first, and in the rest of the condo a few months later, Dean was very accommodating in scheduling a two-phased project, while ensuring that we would have consistent product (from the same batch) throughout the condo. The installation team was incredible: Ryan, Khuong, Kerwin and Alex were a pleasure to deal with: very skilled, extremely detail oriented, clean, respectful, and helpful. We elected to stay in our home while the work was taking place and the team always worked with us so we could plan when to move furniture from room to room. They always arrived when they said they would, they worked with our concierge to gain access to the elevators and made the whole process as seamless as possible for us. Ryan took the time on several occasions to explain to us how best to take care of our floor for the years to come. Khuong did an incredible job with the most intricate cuts. In the end, it looks like the team literally lifted the walls and installed the floors underneath. Kerwin always found solutions to those inevitable unexpected challenges. Alex (the newest member of the team) worked very hard to keep the project moving forward. Also of note, the team takes scheduling extremely seriously. With a tight window to install the floor in the kitchen, due to scheduled cabinets and appliance installation, they met the agreed schedule. For the rest of the unit this past week, they even finished 3 business days ahead of schedule. Thank you!

European Flooring have great products. Although more expensive than what we had budgeted for, you definitely get what you pay for. The flooring looks fantastic and exceeded our expectations... money well spent.We dealt with Dean and he was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about all their products and his advice on choice and installation was very valuable. Communication and follow-up is spot-on.You can't go wrong with choosing European Flooring.

We looked at many places for engineering hardwood and we were so happy that we went with European flooring. They have a wide selection that can satisfy everyone's taste. Their customer service was amazing. Their flooring is beautiful and has made our place look perfect. Its not just the looks, it also feels amazing to walk on this floor. As a luxury home builder I have used Khayeri Flooring and European Flooring for multiple projects in the past and when we decided to fully renovate our home they were our only choice. Their product lines have always looked great and trendy the products are extremely well made. They had a great line of products for us to choose from and we decided to go with their Memory of Versailles line. Chevron pattern for main floor and extra wide and extra long planks for the other floors. We have chosen to have European Flooring install the flooring as well for their certified installation and warranty service. The installation was completed couple of days ago and it went as smooth as possible. The installation team were true pros, efficient and knowledgeable of the product. Floors look amazing and I can’t stress how much we love the look and enjoyed the process!
