Entered home depot for blinds shopping.Directly walked to the blinds area. Sarah told us that she could help us soon right after helping the current customer as she's almost done.Well, ended up waited for more than 30 minutes.Nevertheless, Sarah spent time helping us with all the quotes and suggestions. Very helpful and patient.It was good service other than the wait. Thanks.

August 2021. A typical home depot store. Location is convenient. Good specials once in a while. Carries most common products. When they have a clearance deal, it can be very well priced. Though some items that are older, should really be price cut as it's outdated or simply too old. Clean.

Customer service at this location is horrible. Try to avoid going to this Home Depot if possible! On June 6th, when attempting to pay for my purchase, the self checkout machine frozed after I tapped my Debit Card. The staff told me to go to another register to try again and the transaction went through. I immediately checked my online banking and saw duplicate charges on my bank transactions. I've brought it to the staff's attention and she was able to locate the error immediately. The staff reassured me that the system will process the refund back to my account in few days.A week later, still no signs of my refund after, so I went back to this Home Depot to follow up. The staff told me to wait one more week.So it's been 3 weeks now, I returned back to the store today and spoke with the manager. She told me it will take another few more weeks.So not sure how many more weeks or months I need to wait to get my money back for the errors that the store made?

This is by far my favorite home depot for lumber, but today's experience was above expectations. I had to buy quite a few pieces and there was always someone around to help. The cherry on top was Edward helping us to cut a 4ftx8ft MDF board for a cabinet. Lots of small pieces, and had to figure some measurements on the fly, and he was super patient and helpful.

The staff of this location are always helpful. Today I bought a bbq grill there and Hamid helped me a lot.I’d love to shop at this friendly place where I need to visit home depot

It is comforting to go to any Home Depot wherever you may be to get home supplies. The franchise stores are mostly similar in their layouts and that makes it easier to find the things you know you need. Ordered a wrong model stove from this store, not the downdraft that fits our kitchen. The kitchen section stuff Singh and customer service team Chris were very helpful to help arrange another stove and make arrangement. Thank you for the help and patience! Great team and very helpful!
