Amazing friendly service, they explain everything so there’s shocks to you money or dental wise. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing dental experience.

Overall, the clinic staff have always been friendly; however the following has happened in the last year that has made me question clinic practices and level of oversight:- Lack of notification that an appointment was cancelled in a snow storm (voicemail was not changed either), and clinic was closed upon arrival.- Partner’s concerns on filling cutting their teeth dismissed during filling visit and not remedied when he asked.- Last dental hygiene visit the hygienist was super lovely, but also super sick. Although she wore a mask she was constantly coughing in my face and clearing her throat. I am concerned about level of practice and/or support in clinic for staff if this is how they must present. It’s uncomfortable to have someone cough close to your face at the best of times … let alone for an entire cleaning.I called a few times the last few months to attempt to speak to the PL clinic Office Manager regarding the above concerns. She has yet to return the call which leaves a feeling of being disregarded, hence this public review.

Sonita is excellent! I don’t really want to tell you how amazing she is b/c then I won’t be able to book appointments with her…she’ll be too busy! Dr. Jessica is also very gentle. I’ve experience her operation of the drill without anesthetic - pleasantly surprised that it didn’t hurt a bit.

Best dental appointment ever! Dr. Bonang and her assistant were top notch! My comfort level was considered during the entire visit and I am extremely happy with the results. I highly recommend both of them!

Just had another great visit with Porters Lake Dental, they squeezed me in quickly for a broken tooth. In and out in less than 45 minutes. always have such a great experience here. Such friendly faces! Thanks so much!

I’m a physician myself and I understand completely how difficult the practice of healthcare can be. From the frontdesk to the dentist’s room, I have found nothing but friendliness and competence with everyone there doing what they could to make me feel comfortable and make a dental appointment as pain free as possible. They fit me in same day for tooth pain and have later appointments which helps people like me who are busy and have kids. A++++!!

Dr Angela, has always been a fabulous and attentive dentist. Very kind and is great at what she does. She makes sure everything is okay during the entire time you’re with her and also makes sure to let you know to come back if there is anything requiring adjustments. Just a fabulous dental experience all around in her care. Would highly recommend!

Apparently they're only nice for the first visit. Initially gave a good review when I switched to Porters Lake but have since had nothing but rude and snide staff members. The filling I had done was so poorly finished the floss shreds and the last time I had a check up I was cleaned by the hygienist who couldn't find the dentist and told me I may as well just leave. Still billed my insurance for the exam. I thought the first few times it may have been a bad day" or pandemic stressors but they're just hateful. My ex dentist."

I’ve been seeing Porters Lake Dental for about 20 years and have always been completely satisfied with the services they provide. Everyone is always friendly and professional; a nice mix! Today my Dental Hygienist was Christine, and she was thoroughly wonderful. It’s so nice when you can “buy local”, even for your dental services.
