Fantastic offerings from a ton of different brands. Excellent needle selection, and they've started to carry some yarns from smaller indie dyers. The staff and helpful and so friendly. A store I never miss when I'm nearby.

What a great wool shop! Stopped in on the way back from cross country skiing. Helpful friendly staff and so much wool and knitting supplies to choose from plus they had gorgeous knitted samples.

Where to start! The Wool and Silk Co is a destination you can't miss if you're a knitter or a hooker and you're passing through Shelburne. Dianne, Leanne and Helen are experienced with helping people find what they're looking for whether it's a yarn or a project. They hold knit-alongs from 1-3pm on Wednesdays and Saturdays and these are always full and raucous. This is a wonderful and vibrant community place - you won't be disappointed if you stop in.

The Wool and Silk Co. is a wonderful gem. The selection of yarns ranges from the workhorse Berroco Vintage to the exquisite Madtosh or Herriot.If you are looking for notions or needles you will find a great selection as well as DMC floss for the stitchers in the crowd.The staff are friendly and helpful and their Sit and Knit on Wednesday’s is a wonderful social occasion.The Wool and Silk Co. is my go to LYS even though I live in Saskatchewan!!
