Don’t waste your time. Sounds good, make appointment show up wait in car. Not what happens. Make appointment, stand in line in freezing stairwell anyway, wait passed way passed scheduled time is how it really works. SCAM.

Honestly, it feels kind of weird writing a review for a medical lab, but it was really that good of an experience. Went in on a Sunday to a half filled waiting room, thought I would have to wait a while. Was in within 10 minutes. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Britany was the one who performed my tests and she was an absolute joy to be around.

I had a very nice experience in Burlington location. The stuff is very polite, helpful and caring, Alva made sure everything was comfortable, answered all my questions patiently. I recommend this place.

This used to be a good place for blood work. Not sure what happened it is awful now. Despite having checked in at 9.15 am we arrived at the appropriate time and then waited for additional 2 hours!!!

This has been the best experience I think I've ever had. I'm usually a bit nervous about getting a blood test, its obviously not the most pleasant experience. However, the nurses at this clinic made the entire process super bearable and seamless. I had to get two tests done on two consecutive days and the first day I got Yenny, followed by Ashley the second day. Both nurses were super gentle and friendly, I didn't feel a thing! They were also super efficient and by the time I got comfy in the chair, they were done. I can tell the staff here is experienced and their customer service is definitely top notch! Thank you so much, I'll definitely be coming here for all future tests!

We came to the lab for a x-ray about my daughter's foot. Doctor told us asked for the image right after the x-ray, so she could check the image and told us if my daughter broke her ankleor not. I did tell the technician that we need the CD before my daughter took the x-Ray.Then I was waiting outside of the x-ray room. When my daughter was done, nobody told me anything about the CD. So I have to go ask them, she told me that she asked my daughter and my daughter said no. My daughter said the technician asked her if she was going to see the doctor and my daughter said she didn't know. I have to tell the technician again that we are waiting for the CD to see the doctor. She asked us to wait in the waiting room. After 10 minutes I have to ask the front desk lady, they chatted and finally they made a CD for me but again told me that my daughter said she didn't go to see a doctor. My daughter is only 12 years old, and I was right there out of the room. Does the medical issue need to talk to the parent ? Why I have said two times, they still use a kid's answer as an excuse? We have been to this lab a couple of years before and it was totally different. Not very happy experience.

Fast and efficient. The team were best in class when taking blood samples. No ill effects such as bruising. They know what they are doing.

I’ve probably already written reviews here but I love this place! I’ve had to come here on a regular basis and every single time has been wonderful. The staff are so courteous and efficient! The place is clean and very peaceful. I get blood work done and never feel a thing. I can’t say enough about how friendly and caring everyone is. Thank you for all you do!!

The online checking is not useful at all. Have to wait for an hour even after the stipulated time.The wait time after checking in at exact 8 am is around 45 minutes. So it’s basically 1 hr 45 min waiting. After that I was made to sit inside the cubicle for blood work for around 20 min.When you reach the clinic you will still find so many people waiting for their turn.What’s the point of online checking?I wonder How can you keep diabetics who are fasting for so long waiting for such a long time? Doctors advise that fasting for more than 10 hours is not right for the correct blood report.No one answers the phone as well.

If you say you're open until 5pm Then you should be open until 5pm and not 4:45pm. It's bad enough that your hours don't accommodate the working person, especially parents, but then when the working person rushes to get here before you close, it's for nothing cause you decide it's ok to just not stick to your hours.
