I see a lot of people complain about distractiveness of the library, they are right but the reason is the community around. There are al lot gansgter around library. Because of that staff and security are afraid of them. They can’t stop them walking in and talking loudly

Branch integration with community centre means the children's play area is not in the library. Bright interior with wood and carpet. Language collection is South/West Asian. Two tables with charging stations.Occasional WiFi interruptions, and the metal ceiling can intensify noise, especially when some patrons still bring kids inside.

I feel bad for the staff here. However, there needs to be a consequence to noisy people. I need to go to the kid’s section bcs it quieter there. The seats by the window is always occupied by people who don’t even read or study. Also, is there a way to clean the green sofa? It stinks so much. I love the books and the services the library provides but coming there personally is a waste of time. I hope the library do something for its actual purpose. It should be illegal to be obnoxiously loud and slam the keyboards of the computers there.

If you wanna study tim horton is more quieter or stay at home in your room .The teens are hanging around talking loudly and gagling and the staff are doing nothing

Limited space with glare issues and choppy Wi-Fi. About the only good thing is it's next to a lot of local amenities like the community center it's in and the mall.

This is the worst library in this city, it’s called a library not a play ground the staff here are totally clueless and nonchalant of the managing of this library. You can’t study here. Sooo much noise from laughing and music. Phone calls it’s a total waste of my day trying to study. Such a shame

This library is fairly big, compared to the other one I’ve been to. Libraries in Toronto are a great source of entertainment for newbies like me who’ve just entered the country.They multiple activities happening through the month.The books are plenty , and so are the DVDs. The kids section is super cute with this huge ‘read’ used as shelves.Most tables have plug points which are super useful if you plan on bringing your laptop and just watching a movie.

Noisy, 5 or 6 teenagers, no manners, listen the music, one of them recognized by the security, was banned, ask to leave the library. He first refused then gone but behaved abusively and badly with staff. These type of guys need severe punishment. Staff is good but you cannot read and stay in library because of such type of guys.

There is a wide selection of books in many different genres and languages. The library is spacious and nice, and the staff is helpful. However, like many other reviews here, the biggest issue is that kids come to the library and make quite a lot of noise and are left undealt with.
