Mark's

My first time at this branch was awful! I went there to return a pair of shoes I bought online. First, the lady behind the counter spotted a tiny small dirt underneath the shoes and asked me if I used them. I said yes, once, to see if it’s comfy enough for me. She said can't accept it in this situation and I asked if I can clean it and return it back. She said yes. I cleaned it. It was nothing but still... I came back to store. This time someone who later introduced himself store manager!!! without looking at the shoes - obviously biased- told me that his colleague told me that I can't return it!!! Shocked me!!! Anyway, they didn't accept my return and wasted my time but what it was disgusting was their biased behavior. I filled out a complain form right away. Next day, the costumer service called me from that branch and apologized for what happened and offered me 15% discount. I told them that I only need a prepaid return label to post these shoes. They said they can't offer that and only can offer 15% discount. Ultimately, I returned those shoes to another branch hassle-free and I bought new shoes from AMAZON!!! Awful experience and never recommend this place to anyone.

I thought I had a completed exchange from an online order and an in store purchase but Caitlin was able to figure it out with ease. She also saw a line up forming and stepped to to the spare register to help out!

Gets the job done in a pinch. I find the sizing and fit of the Dakota and Wind River clothing to often be bizarre to the point of being unwearable.I wear 34W pants, couldn't get a pair of work pants to button up until I went up to 38W and by then the proportions were way off in the legs and butt. It was comical. Ended up getting Carhartt in...you guessed it size 34 that look and feel great.Tried a size large Dakota shirt that went down past my thighs almost to my knees. What's going on? I'm 5'10.I'd try industry Workwear in Coquitlam if you're looking for good work clothes that have normal sizes in stock."

Rude staff… doesn’t sound knowledgeable. Items were in stock on their site but couldn’t find what I wanted in store. Staff were too impatient to help locate items.

Great location. Friendly staff. Marks has great quality items. Ive bought summer dresses here, my many pairs of lounge wear and vests. I usually wait for the big sales.Everyones experience will be different whether its good or bad.Ive never had an issue at this store since its opening, but then someone else might.

I ordered steel toe waterproof boots online & I got 2 different kinds of boots from Mark's, then went to the store in Coquitlam with my fiancee, the store supervisor or manager help get the blue insole waterproof boots Thank You.

My husband and I had to return his grips for his shoes he uses in the snow due to damage, but we could not locate the bill.Esther and Jol served us and they were both very polite and professional. They fitted us with new grips and the whole process was very pleasant and seamless. Even my German shepherd liked Esther too, and gave her a kiss! So awesome they allow pets in there, and they are such a good company. I love shopping at Mark's and it's nice to see people who work there, stay there. 5 stars!!

On Christmas Eve my basement flooded with all the snowmelt and rain. I came into this location looking for rainboots so I could get into my basement and bail it out. I found the boots fine, took them up to the counter but when I was paying, the machine said incorrect pin, 4 times in a row. The clerk was watching me the whole time, and noticed that on the last attempt the transaction was cancelled. Only then did she say Oh this machine is broken

Meh. Not so great today.Store is clean and well stocked.We were looking for a very specific item (from an invoice) newbie seasonal staff were not able to help us.
