Dynamite

I love Dynamite and I usually shop online, but I had to go to this store today. I was not greeted when I came in even with 3 employees available. All I want was an exchange, but girl at the cash proceeded to return my blouse without advising me that online system is different than the one from the store. Not cool, all she said afterwards was oh sorry"."

So many good designs I saw this time on discount section. It was actually good with less price, so I bought some jeans and tops. The fabric is really good. I kind of love dynamite jeans. They are very comfortable to wear whole day.

The workers here are very nice and are glad to help you with finding the right size and look.The ground floor is Dynamite and the basement is GarageThe design is beautiful, with its mixture of black and white paint and wood accents.In addition, the clothes are always so pretty here

La fille me voit à la caisse à attendre mais continu à faire c choses jusqu’à que l’autre lui dit de me servir. Très mauvais service. (Par contre la fille au salle d’essayage est top)

Poor Customer Service Experience. They refused to price match the clothes I bought just last weekend to the price they have them selling on this weekend black friday 40% off sale. I will be writing to their customer service department as well. The GM of this store would not even have the courtesy of speaking professionally with us customers. When you walk into store, the sales representatives are so nice because you are giving them business, they share their name so you could mention the name of the sales representative who helped you at cash and complete your clothing purchase.However when you go in with a request to price match items with an original reciept in hand the manager refused to price match as per “store policy”, she would not even have the courtesy to give her name so we could report it to Dynamite customer service. She said its store policy that she and her staff dont share their names with customers.I find it strange that people who work at an established business dont even wear name tags, I do at my job, even grocery stores like IGA and provigo do.Very poorly managed customer service experience by the GM this black friday weekend. Something simple as a price match at every other store even at places like walmart was made a big deal by this GM and refused.Even if this strange policy were true, the way the GM handled it was just reflective of poor training at any level and not wearing an ID with your name is just unacceptable.
