I really appreciated Mark's thoroughness throughout the entire process. Before the inspection he explained how it would work, what is within the scope of the inspection and what I should expect from the process. During the inspection he kept me updated about what he was seeing and flagged issues as he went along so I felt well informed. He completed the inspection within the time frame he specified and promptly provided a written report same day. The written report was so clear and concise and coupled with his updates throughout the inspection I fully understood all of the issues raised and felt completely comfortable with the results of the inspection. It was a great experience and Mark was great to deal with, I would definitely use Pillar to Post again in the future!

Mark was absolutely the best home inspector I have ever dealt with. I strongly recommend getting the Premium inspection with him, as he goes into so much detail when inspecting the house that you leave feeling completely confident in the condition of the house. Mark takes the time to explain not only potential deficiencies in the house, but also offers advice on how to maintain major appliances, such as the HVAC, and basic maintenance of the home. I would recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection.

My husband and I had a great experience when we hired Mark at Pillar to Post to do our home inspection. As first-time home buyers, Mark was very professional and thorough in his findings, and he has a great overall demeanour. He did a great job communicating his findings throughout the inspection, displaying a very reassuring confidence in his work which speaks volumes about his experience. The summary report he provided was also very well laid out and easy to interpret. We are so grateful we had the experience to work with him and would highly recommend him - especially for first time home buyers.

Mark was excellent through our entire inspection process and we would definitely recommend him to others (or request his services again if we ever re-locate). He was quick to respond to our initial email enquiry and followed up with a comprehensive phone call explaining the home inspection process - including the changes made necessary by COVID 19. We requested the premium service that included the infrared imaging. For the actual inspection, Mark was extremely thorough, answering questions from my husband, our agent, and myself. His equally thorough report was emailed to us the same day - even though we had a late inspection (3:30-6:30 pm) - and he offered follow-up calls/email to answer any further questions (which were also answered very promptly). Mark's home inspection service is exactly what we wanted and we feel confident with our home purchase - thanks very much again, Mark!

Mark did an inspection on our home today and we have nothing but praises. I could write an essay on how how good of a job Mark did and how happy we are, but let's just say that Mark was punctual, extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and, most importantly, very approachable and customer friendly. I am very detail oriented myself but Mark was even more so than I am. He also took time to explain all the findings during the inspections and answered all the questions we had. Even before we hired Mark, we called him with questions and he was happy to speak to us and share his thoughts on the condition of the property we had concerns about. We called several home inspectors and not everyone felt like he was someone we wanted to hire. If you are looking for a home inspector, hire Mark, you will be happy with your choice, I have no doubt.
