tl;dr - Massively unprofessional - inaccurate stock listing - terrible serviceOn attempting to purchase a wide format printer and supplies for said printer from Cansel, I was informed that - despite the items showing as available on their web site, they actually didn't stock any of the items I purchased and would have to source them. Naturally I cancelled my order.After waiting a week or so to let them sort themselves out (and buying the printer elsewhere), I went back to their website and carefully filtered their products to just what is 'available in Vancouver Warehouse' and attempted to purchase some paper. After a week of silence following placing the order, I reach out to Cansel only to discover that (surprise) they don't have the product and have no firm ETA for when they will have the product; maybe another 2-3 weeks. Ridiculous. I've never heard of such an unprofessional outfit.

Awful service if I could I would give them no star. The sales person didn't have enough knowledge. We didn't know which camera should we buy according to our job and they didn't know either. We bought a S910 and they promised if it doesn't meet your demand you can return it but they are not accepting the return now. We didn't know how to work with camera they said we would charge you to send someone with irrational rate. I called them several times but no response yet.Thank you for charging our company for nothing!!!
