I have been dealing with CAPS Plus for over ten years, purchasing Tonneau Cover (s) , Custom Rims, Rack systems and other truck accessories. They are great to deal with, prices are competitive but the service & the people and the overall customer experience makes all the difference. I don't even bother looking any where else, as they are in my opinion the best place around to find quality products at reasonable price.

I bought a tonneau cover for my 2016 GMC Canyon from Caps Plus and had it installed there. The staff are very friendly and they do excellent work. That’s why I just ordered a trailer hitch for my 2022 VW Tiguan. I like the service and would recommend them any time.

Yikes! 2.5 hours work, charged me for 3; while admitting NOT working on the vehicle the entire time. Not cool! This isn't Wendy's bad order of fries; but rather hundreds of dollars. Kudos for the actual labor" that was put in

I had a better experience here than at others recently. The staff was friendly and Improve their little dog friend!We got our hitch installed on our Caravan and they did a beautiful job. However, even though they double checked with me, they sold me a 1.78 ball instead of a 2" like I had asked. We didn't realize until we were home and they were closed

Not the place to look for a trailer MVI. Won’t book an appointment and won’t give accurate information on status or where your trailer is in the wait line.

Good service. I needed a bike rack for my car, which was proving tricky given the make and model (which is why I went to Caps Plus in the first place). Lydia eventually found a suitable solution after a good bit of searching. Communication was clear and costs were up-front. They provided a personal touch and flexibility that I usually don't find in larger outfits. Recommended.
