FedEx Pearson International Distribution

My package arrived after 2 days from supposed delivery time. I paid extra to recieve it earlier. Why they didn’t refund me my money????

I was waiting for the parcel from FEDEX and they delivered it late and it was not one or two, it was 10 days late. My parcel had so many things that contaminated and I had to throw them away. Fedex will never realise what they have done. Delivery guys are liars. They never came to my apartment when I was home for 2 days and said to me in email that nobody was home when they came. I called the manager and he says it has nothing to do with him. Worst experience with FEDEX. 0/5 for the worst delivery guys fedex has. Never recommending anyone for such horrible customer service.

Great shipping company, friendly staff, make sure you dont go to the front building. The signs are small and hard to see, go south on Bramalea to the third driveway on the left, look for the flag poles.

This location is large and has friendly staff. Although it’s hard to navigate your way through the many confusing roads here around the airport parkings. GPS won’t bring you directly to the office door. Anyways, in general, I highly recommend FedEx to anyone who wants fast, quality shipping. So much better than Canada Post. Packages get delivered on the day they were promised and never have I experienced a damaged package with FedEx.

FedEx has a top-notch and excellent service, an effective customer support, a courteous staff, an unmatched speed of reliable and scheduled delivery. I am very happy with their service. I am also very thrilled to say that their amazing performance in International Shipment/Delivery of important documents was on a par with their promise made to me, a rushing customer during a rush funeral time.

I paid $70 for priority overnight Saturday delivery. The delivery was scheduled before 5pm, delivery guy came at 12:45pm, found my place didn't have a buzz number, he left a sticker at the entrance and left... didn't attempt to contact me nor try to get to my apartment.I called FedEx 6 times and waited at my condo's door 6 hours after that, trying to get the guy to come back... to no success. Many guys on the phone line said the delivery showed up, blamed that there was no buzz number, it was Saturday and they had limited resources so I had to wait to Monday...There's a reason why I paid $70 for priority shipping at the first place...This was a frustrated experience with FedEx. I got shipment from UPS and the UPS guy had no problem delivering to my door.FedEx lost me as a customer for good!

Best Service, specially JAGDEEP is the best, professional and generous worker there. She helped me to get my urgent package by finding and digging the right container which took almost 3-4 hours. Hats off for your efforts lady. Good luck for your future and thanks again.

Waste of money and time and false delivery timeline even after paying premium charge for expedited shipping

More than 15 days today but still didn't receive my package yet. The delivery guy came to deliver it yesterday and didn't buzz on my apartment saying the customer is unavailable, he did the same thing today. This happened inspite of providing the apartment number. This is ridiculous.
