Couch fell apart after 6 months.They refused to honor their warranty. Ripped off big time

I ended buying a sectional from a store that had a sectional from dynasty furniture. It was a higher price at perfect homes as they had it in stock (pretty sure , prices were increased due to this and the demand). After delivery , the one piece of the sectional was damaged on the corner. I called the store same day , I was instructed to email them and it would be forwarded to the warranty department (here we go) passing the puck with a few hour old sectional. It took over a week for a warranty rep to call me , they informed me they would have to come and pick up the damaged piece and take back to warehouse. This was beginning of March. I was told I would have back in a week! I called the store to check the status and perhaps order another piece for the sectional, (the quote was outrageous) so I passed on that. I was told they would look into the damaged piece with warranty. It is now Easter weekend and I’m entertaining with only half my sectional and no communication. This product was from this company… Dynasty, which is a Canadian made product, I try to support Canadian companies and products but the service from both the store and Dynasty company has been unsettling especially with the prices they changed. I have a love seat with chaise and it cost me $3,800. Currently only the little love seat is occupying my living room. I was also quoted almost $900 more for a small armless chair to attach to my 1520 sectional. Very disappointing.
