We had a great experience with Real Blinds. They were able to offer great quality shutters, and they beat the competition in their pricing. their sales representative listened to our needs, designed the shutters to our specifications, and also let us know right away that there is a wait for the materials which is around 12 weeks. Despite this, Real Blinds did schedule the install as soon as they got the materials in. Our installers they performed a great quality install in just a couple of hours time. I highly recommend Real Blinds.

Avoid this place! The original owners are no longer here and it is not the same quality or service.I had brought blinds in to get cut down. The person at the front desk couldn't understand what I wanted and was confused by the measurements provided. He also didn't understand that I required a quote first before agreeing to the work. I decided not to leave the blinds there and go somewhere else. As I was leaving, he was trying to get my business by asking how much I would pay for the service. Add to that, they only take cash and no credit cards. I was not going to pay $600 in cash for this service.As I was driving home, I received a call from the manager asking him why I did not leave my blinds with him. I told him I was taking them to a more competent business. He offered to do the work for free. I declined as I was uneasy about the state the blinds would return in.I would avoid this place and take your business elsewhere.

We had worst experience in our whole life.1st of all owner is neighbors and we trust and we ordered. He visited our house on Dec 18,2022 and right after measurement he ask us email transferred money today then we will cut and install in a week. Finally we decided he can install on Dec27. When we call on Dec27 and ask about time he said he won’t be able to instal because he prepared our ordered and accidentally an employee drop it and it’s damaged and now you can visit my store and choose something different. We went and choose he said he will install on Jan 11.But again in Jan he said he didn’t receive that and now you can choose an other we choose an other he says now it’s expensive and more you have to pay more . He said they only accept cash and we thought he is neighbor we pay cash finally date decided Feb4, 2023 . Their employees came did half of job and said they will do half job in a week and now they said they will install different type blind in those windows because we don’t have more of that.We request them we can’t allow you to install different and after that everyday we called they don’t pick calls and if they pick they ask us to hold and they never come back.Bad quality ,worst customer service, unprofessional.

I had a great experience using Real Blinds recently for my living room. I loved the convenience of having a designer come to home and help me sort through all the amazing options. They were incredibly patient and helpful and gave really great advice for what would work in my space. I never felt rushed or pushed into anything! I ordered some great cell shades that have completely transformed my living space! Working with realblinds was so easy and affordable. I would definitely reccomend them!

This was such a pleasant experience for us! As someone who wasn’t sure what style of blinds or shutters I wanted, They helped me make an informed decision by showing me plenty of options and explaining their differences. Installation was done in a day and we love the finished product! I would definitely do business with Real Blinds again and will be recommending to friends and family.

These guys are ripoff artists. They took advantage of me, a senior, when I took in a blind with a broken clutch mechanism. I left it there and researched the part finding it was under$20 and slipped in easily. They charged me $250 cash only. They refused to detail the price of parts and labor on the invoice and would only put repairs" on it. The fact they would not accept credit card payment makes you wonder if Revenue Canada is being given all their transactions! These guys need to be investigated."

Our family has used this company Real Blinds for the last 10 years great quality excellent price, and very impressive customer service. We had gotten quote from 3 different places this place was the cheapest and highest quality blinds, actually they manufacture Hunter Douglas Comfortx blinds . I am loving it.Highly Recommend this place to everyone.

Very happy with the company. They arrived on time and worked very efficiently, taking them less than an hour to complete the installation. Our shades look and work perfectly. We are extremely pleased with Real Blinds. They are an extreme; professional company with an excellent staff. HP worked with us and made many positive suggestions. Hatsh who installed the shades was very professional and what we purchased looked great. It is nice to know that their are still companies who care about their customers and offer good products and good service.
