I loved this place when they had their little kiosk in the Champlain Mall in Brossard. The lady there was amazing, I wish I could remember her name. Since they opened their boutique in the mall, their prices went up…a lot, which I can understand the increase, but it’s too much. I went last week before my vacation and was seated with a new young lady. She didn’t introduce herself. I told her what I wanted and she seated me. I tried to make small talk but English not French is their la gauge so she just ignored me. Everything was going well with the eyebrow threading until she got to my chin. She was pulling and pinching and it was so painful! My mistake I didn’t say anything. She finished, gave me a mirror, I looked at my brows and noticed one brow had more hairs removed than the other. With all the pain and anger, I paid and left. Once I got home, I kept feeling this burn under my chin which I never felt before with the other lady in the past, ever. To my shock, my chin was bruised and had little red dots. It looked like I was punched in the chin. I will never return unless it’s with someone else.

Would not recommend this place, they do not respect online bookings, and when you show up there is no service; you wait in line with no one to speak to and by the time you get to the front, they tell you they’re closing early.It’s also more expensive than places in Montreal by 30%

My brows were properly done in a very short time but the price was shocking to me. 18$ is a little pricey. I have had my brows done for 7$, 10$, I never knew we will get to 18.

Hello, I paid 29$ for eyebrow threading and upper lip waxing which is already a super high price relatively to the market. I ended up having cuts all over the sides of my eyebrows. I will be coming back for a refund and I have proof to show you. Also, I usually do my eyebrows with threading somewhere else, but I wanted to try out this place. It was so painful (I know its not supposed to be that painful) and now we have the result: I was having my eyebrows cut from all the sides, no wonder why it was hurting! Very disappointing.

TERRIBLE!!!They didn’t want to give me an appointment! I went and I asked for an appointment as I saw an availability in their website and they told me NO! In another language, I understand the language barrier but it was 17H in a Friday afternoon, when in the website it says they close at 21H. I do not understand why they didn’t want to give me an appointment or take me right away! TERRIBLE SERVICE! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
