the laundromat itself is great. way too many people not wearing masks or social distancing. doesn't seem to be an attendant present running the place Sunday afternoon.

Too much bad and full of attitude staff there. They misbehave with the people

I come here every weekend to do my laundry. Very clean environment. Social distance measures are respected and disinfectant is provided.

Before it was good when these disgusting ladies were not there, very rude. We did our laundry in 5 hours they refused to give u us the dryer machines. One of the worst laundry.

Before, the laundromat was a self service. There were no employees and it was a great place. Now, they have staff there doing laundry, drying, and folding. Its always the same ladies. They are extremely rude to everyone that walks in. For absolutely no reason. They dont let you use machines. They decide which ones you can use and when. I do not recommend this place. I have never met such rude people.*** adding comment ***The manager keeps responding that this laundromat is a self serve and that they do not have employees. It is not true. The management is lying online. These ladies wear uniforms. The same ladies are there every time with never ending bags of clothes. These ladies make you wait and decide which machine you are allowed to use. Not only that, they are beyond RUDE. They have so much attitude, its unbelievable.

Been coming here for the past few years and never had any issues, until the ladies that are there washing, drying and folding an infinite amounts of clothes to the point where you cant even walk around due to the huge piles of bags of clothes on the floor, tables, literally everywhere ( I imagine they offer a laundry service to those who can go ) were there.These ladies are always the sames one and they are there Monday to Friday, they are very rude, they dont let you use the machines, and they tell you when and which to use, and they make it seems like they re doing you a huge favor, maling you feel very uncomfortable.I see the owner stating that these people are not employees but they are part of a different company, but, they have access to the back of the laundromat, where regular clients, have no access so...If you are going to offer a laundry service and you are going to be so busy Monday through Friday to the point where other people cant do their laundry in peace, close the laundromat during weekdays, and open only on the weekends when they are not there.Today I went and needless to say, I wont be coming back.

Late opening as usual. Sign reads. Open at 7am. 7:20 when someone shows up to open. Maybe they should change the sign. No apologies given .place closes @10 pm .i bet no one is late to close the place
