Great customer service, I mostly dealt with the sales side but my experiences with the service side were also good. Worked with my busy work schedule while I was purchasing a car.

Blew a tire on highway 2 near Calgary on the busiest highway there is at 3:30 am, Called there road side assistance, first they didn’t answer, then tell me they called two company’s and they didn’t answer an couldn’t help us an just hung up, clowns, Toyota is made of goofs, an will be seeing this car back on the lot shortly.

We literally looked at their online site, started a phone conversation and within a week had a vehicle delivered to FSJ. I was skeptical about making that big of a purchase with just someone's guarantee over the phone, but they do have a really good reputation so we went for it. Glad we did, they were very organized, communicative and supportive of all the steps that would put that car in our driveway.
