Compared to the Hurontario and Dundas location, I preferred this location a lot more. It is much smaller, and located right on the ground floor with ample parking. As many have stated, the wait times are long, but reasonable. (It was about a 15 minute wait for a blood sample test). However this can be alleviated by booking an appointment online or by their new app.

2.5long waiting timesive been here twice and both the times they take atleast 2-3 tries to take the blood, and sometimes they call in other staff for help.. it was not a wonderful experience.other than that rest was ok.

Make sure you bring your confirmation ID. Otherwise the appointment that you waited a month for means nothing. 2 hours wait lines out the door in winter.

When I walk In, on the wall if showed estimated wait time is 35 minutes. I then waited 55 minutes to have my blood test. Do not assume the time, arrange your time better.

Convenient location with experienced staff. They have an decent overall system going to handle walk-ins and appointments. I only wish their bathrooms were well-maintained and the place was a little cleaner.

Need more experienced nurses to withdraw blood. So scary when nurse cannot withdraw blood from 1st try and 2nd try too. And need to get another nurse to try again. This must be looked into for people coming to this lab for blood test. The lab could provide larger paper cups for the elderlies to facilitate peeing and then transfer to that small container . Need to consider having this facilitation for elderlies.

Went for a blood and urine test and everything went well. Definitely deserve a better rating than current one. Don't be afraid of the long lineup since they don't have appointments. If you book ahead the wait time is minimal.
